Ich vermiete mein Zimmer in einer 3er WG von 11.04.2019 bis 30.08.2019. Preis von 315€ ist pro Monat mit Internet, Strom, Heizung. Für April beträgt die Miete 200€ weil Einzug erst ab 11.04 möglich ist.
Das Zimmer eignet sich gut zur Zwischenmiete und die Lage ist gemütlich. U6 Station Dresdner Straße ist 2 Gehminuten entfernt, Praterstern ist mit der S-Bahn nur 7 Minuten entfernt und die Donauinsel erreicht man zu Fuß in 15 Minuten.

Hello dear room seekers!
I rent my room from 11.04.2019 to 30.08.2019. Price from 315 € is per month with internet, electricity, heating. For April, the rent is 200 € because moving in is possible from 11.04.
The room is well suited for a mid-term rent and the location is cozy. U6 station "Dresdner Straße" is a 2-minute walk away, Praterstern is only 7 minutes away by S-Bahn and the "Danube Island" can be reached on foot in 15 minutes.

Super zentrale Lage mit U6 und S-Bahn quasi vor der Haustür.
Billa, Spar, Hofer und Merkur sind in maximal 5 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Sind eine StudentenWG und lieben feiern zu gehen, also wirst du definitiv Spaß haben in der WG wenn du gern feiern gehst und neue Leute kennen lernen möchtest!
