Wir vermieten ein 25m2 wg-Zimmer in unserer schönen WG im 19.! Das Zimmer hat einen eigenen Balkon, und kann je nach Bedarf unmöbliert oder möbliert (gegen eine Ablöse von 400€ für ein Doppelbett, eine Couch und einen Kleiderschrank) vermietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist 170m^2 groß, sehr geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Küche mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne und zwei große Gemeinschaftsräume sind vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist ein schöner Altbau mit hellen Zimmern, hohen Decken und einigen Sofas, man fühlt sich sehr wohl darin.
The room is very large (25 sqm) and bright, it has its own small balcony and is technically unfurnished. If whished, a double bed, a couch, and a wardrobe can be purchased for 400€ from the previous renter.
The apartment is also very spacious (170 sqm) and well equipped, the kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine, the bathroom has a shower and a bathtub, and there are also two common rooms. You will feel very much at home in here.
Die Linien 37/38, 10A, 35A, 39A können in nur 5 minuten zu Fuß erreicht werden, ein klein wenig weiter ist der Weg zur U-Bahnstation Spittelau (Linien U4 und U6, Regionalzüge). Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Drogerien, Apotheke usw findet man gleich ums Eck auf der Döblinger Hauptstraße.
Ideal ist die Lage für alle Standorte der Boku und auch das Biologiezentrum Althanstraße. Mit dem Fahrrad ist es nicht weit auf den Kahlenberg oder an den Kanal und die Donauinsel, aber auch zum Schottentor braucht man nicht länger als 20 Minuten.
The apartment is only a 5 min walk to tramlines 37 and 38 and buses 39A, 10A
and 35A. A little further away is the Spittelau U-Bahn station (U4 and U6 lines). You can do your shopping on the Döblinger Hauptstraße which is very close and has bakeries, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks etc. The apartment is very close to BOKU-University and the Biology-Center in Althanstraße. The city center is only 20 minutes away by bike or by tram. If you like nature you can also reach the Danue island or the hills and vineyards of the Kahlenberg in 20 mins by bike.
Wir sind eine gemischte Studenten-Truppe (2 Master, Phd und Vetmed) und wohnen schon seit 5 Jahren in unserer schönen Wohnung im 19. Untertags geht jeder seiner Wege aber abends plaudern wir gerne in der Küche oder gehen auch mal gemeinsam eine Runde laufen. Auf unserer großen Couch im Wohnzimmer werdet ihr euch schnell zu Hause fühlen.
A little bit about us: we are four students (two Masters students, one VetMed and one PhD) and have lived in the apartment for 5 years. We are all quite buisy during the day but will for sure sit together for a chat or a TVshow in the evenings. You will feel at home very quickly in the apartment, most likely because of the large sunny rooms and the big couch in the living room :)
