Achtung: 430€ ist die Warmmiete! (Ich wollte die Betriebskosten nicht extra aufgliedern) Nur für Strom und Internet kommen noch etwa 50€ im Quartal dazu.
In unserer Wohnung wird ab Mai ein helles 12 m2 Zimmer frei. Klingt klein für den Preis? Stimmt, aber wir haben ja noch ein 30m2 Wohnzimmer und der Abstellraum wird als begehbarer Kleiderschrank genutzt. Außerdem gibt es 2 Badezimmer, je mit WC und Badewanne, und eine große Küche mit Geschirrspüler.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert übergeben, drinbleiben werden das Bett (ohne Matratze/Lattenrost), alle Schränke und der Schreibtisch.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2.OG eines Neubau-Hauses in Döbling.
Perfekte Anbindung, speziell auch für fast alle Unis:
- 37er direkt vorm Haus (10 Minuten zur Währingerstraße/ 15 Minuten zur Hauptuni)
- D-Bim ums Eck (5 Minuten zum UZA)
- U4/U6 (Spittelau) 10 Gehminuten entfernt, weniger mit der Bim
- 10A zur Boku ganz in der Nähe
- Gehdistanz 15 Minuten UZA, 10 Minuten Translationszentrum
Die Döblinger Hauptstraße bietet alles, was man an Infrastruktur braucht: Spar (direkt im Haus), Bild, Bipa, DM, Bioladen, Bäckerei nebenan, Tchibo, ...
In der WG leben Michael und Bernardo, beide 23. Michael studiert Grafik und Werbung auf der Angewandten, und ist immer für ein mehr oder weniger ernstes, gern auch philosophisches Gespräch zu haben. Bernardo (Publizistik und Jus) ist ein sehr offener, extrovertierter Mensch, der gerne philosophiert und regelmäßig groß aufkocht. Beide sind lockere, offene Menschen, mit denen man alles ausreden kann.
Entsprechend seiner Größe ist das Wohnzimmer der zentrale Aufenthaltsort der Wohnung, und am Abend ist man dort eigentlich nie allein. Da passiert es auch schnell, dass man 2 Stunden nach dem Abendessen noch dort sitzt, obwohl man eigentlich lernen wollte..
Was die Wohnung ganz besonders macht, ist die zentrale Lage, obwohl man zugleich schnell im Grünen ist (10 Minuten mit der D nach Nussdorf). Vor allem für den Sommer interessant: Es gibt hinterm Haus einen Garten mit mehreren Sitzmöglichkeiten, wo man im Sommer auch gut lernen oder entspannen kann.

A 12 m2 room will be available from the 1st of Mai. Desk, chair, cupboards and bed (without mattress) will stay in the room. A separate store room is being used as a walk-in closet.
In the apartment there are 2 bathrooms, a shared 30m2 living room and a big kitchen with a dishwasher.
The flat is on the second floor of a house in the 19th district.
Connection to public transport is very good:
- tram 37 in front of the house (10 min to Währingerstraße, 15 to Uni Wien)
- tram D around the corner (5 min to UZA/Spittelau)
- U4/U6 (Spittelau) 10 min. walking distance
- station for 10A to Boku etc. nearby
On the Döblinger Hauptstraße you'll find everything you need: Supermarkets, Pharmacy, Bakery, etc.
You'll be sharing the flat with Michael and Bernardo, both 23. Michael studies graphics and advertisement at the
Angewandte Uni Wien and Bernardo does Journalism and Law at Uni Wien. Both are very open, sociable people who love to have a more or less philosophical chat.
According to it's size the living room is the main room that we use together and at night you're hardly ever alone there. It may even happen that you find yourself sitting there chatting 2 hours after having dinner, even though you wanted to go to bed...
As a plus, the house has a garden in the back that everybody can use. That's especially nice in summer, when Vienna gets so hot that you don't know where to hide anymore.
