Zu vergeben ist ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete für März. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert sein, aber gegebenenfalls kann man sich da arrangieren und noch Dinge organisieren.
Die Wohnung ist gerade renoviert worden und wird ab 1. März neu bezogen. Das Zimmer wird voraussichtlich um die 15qm haben (die Zimmerverteilung ist noch nicht ganz geklärt), Highlight der Wohung ist das große Wohnzimmer.
In der der Wohnung werden drei Freunde von mir wohnen, die jetzt frisch nach Wien ziehen. Die 3 sind Anfang bis Mitte 20 und beginnen zu studieren bzw arbeiten schon.
Zu vergeben ist das Zimmer, da ich noch keinen Nachmieter für mein jetziges Zimmer habe und es vermeiden möchte, doppelt Miete zu zahlen.

I have a room for temporary rent for March.
The apartment was just renovated und we will move in on the 1st of march. The room will be unfurnished, but there is the possibility to talk about and arrange something.
The room has around 15 square meter (its not quite sure yet who gets which room), highlight of the apartment is the huge living room.
You will share the apartment with 3 friends of mine, who just moved to Vienna. They are in their early twenties and are beginng to study and to work.
I am renting out this room as I haven't found a new tenant for the room i'm currently living in. This way I'm trying to avoid to pay rent for 2 rooms at the same time.
