Wir vermieten ein schönes ruhiges ZImmer in unserem süßen Häuschen in Favoriten. Das Zimmer ist westlich ausgerichtet- nachmittags und abendsonne. Der Boden sind schöne, alte Dielen. Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, es gäbe jedoch die Möglichkeit, dass du dir dein Mobiliar vom Dachboden zusammen suchst, da gibts einige Schätze:) Matratze gäbs auch.
Das Haus ist aus den 30ern, Altbau mit schönen Böden, Türen, Fliesen. Fenster sind neu und halten dicht;)
Einzug zum 1.1. auch möglich!
Renting out a beautiful room in a cute house with garden, out in the 10th district. The bright room has a windows facing west (afternoon/evening sun) , beautiful wooden floor and is very quiet. We are sharing the house between five people so far.
Room is available from January 15th onward. If you prefer to move in at the beginning of February, this is also fine. The room is located on the first floor. There is a small stepping stool outside of the bedroom window so that it can be used as a quick exit to the garten during the summertime. It is very enjoyable to sit in the window during the summer and enjoy the fresh air and smell of mint coming from the garten. Every month the full moon is clearly visible from the room which I find very special.
Das Haus ist ein Hippie Häuschen mit gem. Küche und Wohnzimmer, Garten, Keller und Dachboden. Es wird oft gemeinsam gekocht, abgehangen, philosophiert, gegärtnert, ein Feuer gemacht und solche schönen Sachen. Lage ist neben Wienerberg (See ist 15 Min zu Fuß!), und einem großen Feld. Also schwimmen, joggen, spazieren etc. bietet sich an:)
U1 Altes Landgut ist ca. 15 Minuten entfernt.Oder sonst: Ab Reumannplatz fahren drei verschiedene Busse zu uns vor die Haustür. Man ist in ca 25 Minuten bei der Uni oder in der Stadt.
We live inbetween the U1 stations Reumansplatz and Alteslandgut. There are several options for coming and going. One option is taking a bus from Reumansplatz which is a 10 minute journey. Another option is to walk from altes landgut which will take 15 to 20 minutes depending on walking speed. However, the entire way is through a park which is quite enjoyable when the weather is nice.
There is a Billa as well as an apotheke within 5 minutes walking distance.
Wienerberg is a 15 minute walk away. During the summer time we go there quite often to swim in the lake.
Wie sind alle meist sehr fröhliche, entspannte, interessierte und chaotische Menschen. Wir sind gerne Zuhause und im Garten, lieben unser Haus, nehmen uns aber auch immer nötigen Freiraum (keine Gruppenverpflichtungen oder so). Studiert wird Kultur und Sozialanthropologie, Film und Waldorfpädagogik. Gearbeitet wird aber auch. Meistens ists untertags eher ruhig, weil wir all unterschiedliche Zeitpläne haben. Gerne schmieden wir großen Pläne, manchmal werden diese auch umgesetzt. Fest steht es gibt bei uns viel Raum für Ideen, Projekte, Hobbies, Neues... Egal ob Gemüseanbau, Dachboden-Ausbau, Möbelbau oder Clownsworkshop. Außerdem haben wir ein süßen Hündchen: Hvala. Sie ist ein Jahr alt und freut sich über jede Gelegenheit zu spielen oder zu kuscheln.
This house holds 6 people. Upstairs there are three bedrooms. Two of which are inhabited by our 2 couples: Zita & TIll and Jojo & Martina and the third one by ellen. Downstairs is the living room and your potential room. German is the main language spoken in our house however everyone is also fluent in english and happy to speak it.
We often cook together or have BBQs in our garden. Since we are all working or studying, the house is usually quiet during the daytime on week days since there are usually only a few people home at one time. This helps everyone to get enough time to themselves.
We have a 7th companion in the house: our lovely dog Hvala. Hvala is 8 months old, extremely sweet and easy to have around.
