Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 65 m² groß und besteht aus Küche, Wohn/Ess-Zimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern, Badezimmer und WC. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 15 m² groß.
Die Räume sind 3 m hoch und durch die südseitige Ausrichtung von Wohn- und Schlafzimmern sehr hell.

The flat in total is 65m². There is a kitchen, living/dining-room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a separate toilet. Your room is about 15m².
There are 3m ceilings and nice south facing windows in the living room as well as bedrooms.
Die Wohnung ist 2 min von der U-Bahn-Station „Troststraße“ (U1) entfernt. Am Hauptbahnhof ist man in 5 min im Stadtzentrum (Stephansplatz) in 10 min. Auch die Universitäten /FH sind sehr gut öffentlich erreichbar.
In der direkten Umgebung gibt es einige Supermärkte und auch andere Geschäfte.

The flat is a 2 min walk to the subway station „Troststraße“ (U1). The Main Train Station (Hauptbahnhof) is easily reached in 5 min as well as the city centre in 10 min. The universities /FH are easily reachable with public transport as well.
There are plenty of grocery stores in the area.
Ich heiße Sabrina und bin vor gut 6 Jahren zum Studieren nach Wien gezogen. Ich bin Lehrerin und arbeite seit 3 Jahren an einer Mittelschule in Wien. Meine freie Zeit verbringe ich gerne sportlich, z.B. bouldern, laufen, wandern oder mountainbiken. Die Zeit in der Wohnung verlauft meistens gemütlich, also plaudern, was Leckeres kochen und Musik hören oder auch mal an meiner Nähmaschine.
Ende des Sommersemesters werde ich Wien den Rücken kehren und in die Berge ziehen.
Ich freue mich aber schon sehr, in diesen Monate nach Wien voll und ganz zu genießen und besonders darauf meine 4 Wände mit einer netten Person zu teilen!

My name is Sabrina and I moved more than 6 years ago for my studies to Vienna. I’m a teacher and I work since more than 3 years at a middle school. I like to spend my free time with bouldering, running, hiking and mountain biking. My time in the flat is mostly relaxed, so I enjoy chatting, cooking something, listening to music, or sewing.
In the end of the summer semester, I’m going to leave Vienna and move closer to the mountains.
I’m looking forward to enjoy my last few months in Vienna and especially share the flat with a nice person!
