Hallo,
Mein Sohn (16Monate) und ich 28, sind gerade an einer sonnigen Wohnung im 10. Bezirk Nähe Hauptbahnhof dran. In der Wohnung sind viele Möbel vorhanden, also man braucht fast nichts mehr mitbringen. In deinem Zimmer wäre ein Bett, Schreibtisch und ein Einbauschrank vorhanden. Die Bilder sind noch von den Vormietern...
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Herzgasse, Ecke Gudrunstraße. Sehr Nahe am Hauptbahnhof.
7 min Fußweg zur U1 Keplerplatz und 5 min zu Straßenbahnlinien 1, 18, 62 und Badner Bahn, 5 min zu Fuß zum Matzleinsdorfer Platz, Busstation 14A gleich vor dem Haus.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Spar, Hofer, Billa usw und Apotheke in der Nähe.
Waldmüllerpark in 2 min erreichbar.
Du würdest mit mir und meinem Sohn zusammen wohnen. Wir sind Wg erfahren und sehr offene und gesellige Menschen. Ich fange im Herbst nochmal ein Studium an der Uni Wien an. Außerdem teilst du die Wohnung noch mit meinen 2 Katzen. In der Küche ist genug Platz um auch mal gemeinsam zu kochen und zu quatschen. Wir werden definitiv keine Party Wg sein, jedoch hab ich nichts gegen ein Gläschen Wein am Abend. :) da es mir wichtig ist, dass sich mein Sohn auch wohl fühlt, wünsche ich mir ein harmonisches Miteinander. Falls dich diese Konstellation anspricht freue ich mich von dir zu hören.
