New renter should be above 25, working and preferably female. The room is furnished and available starting February 2020, or earlier. Rent length should be at least 6 months.
Apartment is 100 sqm, with a 6sqm balcony. The room itself is approx 17,5 sqm. The second bedroom is occupied by my current flatmate, Alexandra, who will be staying in the apartment.
The building was newly built 10 years ago, everything is still new, including the kitchen. Toilet and bathroom separate. Bathroom is large with a window and a view and a corner bathtub.

Post office is 2 minutes away. Helmut Zilk recreational area is 3 minutes away, and the Therme Wien is reachable in 10 minutes with the metro.
