Das Zimmer ist 24qm groß und separat begehbar. Es ist Straßenseitig ausgerichtet mit direkten Blick auf den Reumannplatz. Im Sommer ist das Zimmer angenehm kühl.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt auf Reumannplatz. U-bahn. Bus und Straßenbahnlinien sind keine 2 Minuten entfernt. Supermarkt, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fast Food, Viktor Adler Markt - alles vor der HausTür.
Deine neue Mitbewohner sind Julia und Stefan. Julia studiert Biologie und arbeitet Teilzeit. Stefan ist Koch und arbeitet Vollzeit. Da wir kein separates Wohnzimmer haben, dient unsere Küche als Gemeinschafts Raum, wo wir gerne zusammen Zeit verbringen, Kaffe oder ein Bierchen trinken.
Am besten wäre es, wenn du uns persönlich besuchst und dir ein Bild von uns und der Wohnung machst.:)
Daher laden wir dich ein uns eine Nachricht zu schreiben, wo du dich kurz vorstellst und daraufhin können wir uns einen Besichtigungstermin ausmachen.
Der jetzige Mietvertrag läuft mit Ende September aus, wird aber höchstwahrscheinlich verlängert.
