Trotz der nähe zur Ottakringer Strasse ist es in der gesamten Wohnung und in dem Zimmer sehr Ruhig.
Das Herzstück der Wohnung ist eine schöne ca. 30m² Küche mit Küchenblock, Esstisch und gemütlicher Couch. In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Badezimmer mit 1xBadewanne und 1x Dusche sowie zwei Toiletten und eine Waschmaschine.

The room is located in the second floor with a nice view on the inner courtyard through two windows. The room is fully equipted. Wardrobe, cupboard and shelfes can be emptied. Im happy if my Vynil Player, Vinyl`s and Books get used.
Despite the room is close to the Ottakringer Street the whole flat is really quiet. The Heartpiece of the flat is the 30m² big kitchen with cooking block, dining table and cosy couch. The flat has two Bathrooms (1 shower, 1 bathtub), 2 toiletts and a washing machine.
Die Wohnung liegt im 17. Bezirk (Hernals) und an der Grenze zum 16. Bezirk (Ottakring). Straßenbahnline-Haltestelle 44 und 43 in 2min Gehweite entfernt. Straßenbahnline-Haltestelle 2 in 5min Gehweite entfernt. U6 Haltestelle Josefstädter-Strasse sowie Alser-Straße sind ebenfalls in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Dadurch ist die Anbindung in das Zentrum sehr gut und schnell. Weiters ist die Wohnung 2min vom Yppenplatz mit sehr netten Cafes und dem Brunnenmarkt gelegen.
The flat is situated in the17. district (Hernals) and on the border to the 16. district (Ottakring). Tramline 44 and 43 are reachable within 2 min by foot. Tramline 2 within 5 min. Also really close (5min) is the metrostop of the U6-Line Josefstädter-Strasse and Alser-Straße. The flat is 2min away from Yppenplatz with nice coffeehouses and the Brunnenmarkt.
