Möbliertes Zimmer in guter Lage (Nähe U6) zur Zwischenmiete

Die Wohnung ist recht nah zum Gürtel also super angebunden und trotzdem nicht zu laut. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen Interspar und Hofer und zur U6-Station Alserstr. oder zum 43er geht man so 3-5 Minuten und mit dem Rad ist man fast überall in max. 30 Minuten. Außerdem ist man nah am Yppenplatz und Brunnenmarkt und Hauptuni und Boku sind auch schnell zu erreichen.

Wir sind eine 6er WG an Studenten und Nicht-mehr/ Bald-wieder-Studenten alle irgendwo in ihren 20ern aus Deutschland und Nicaragua. Da ist Philipp, studiert Lebensmittel-und Biotechnologie, geht viel klettern, organisiert Open-Airs und ist politisch aktiv. Sören und Milena studieren im Master Psychologie und Belén studiert Molekularbiologie, zeichnet und malt viel und ist wissenschafts-interessiert. Und zu guter letzt sind noch Shanine und Anselm, zwei Architekturstudenten.
Wir verstehn uns alle gut und tauschen uns viel aus in der WG, leben nicht nur nebeneinander her und sehen uns auch außerhalb der Wohnung (gelegentliches gemeinsames Klettern, Fortgehen, Konzerte etc.) und sonst zum kochen, dokus schaun, kaffee trinken, zusammen musikmachen in der Wohnung.Tatsächlich sind wir mittlerweile mehr Freunde als Mitbewohner. Insgesamt eine gesunde Mischung aus gegenseitigem Interesse, respektvollem Umgang und somit kann sich natürlich auch jeder zurückziehen.
Wir freuen uns sehr wenn du eine aufgeschlossene und aktive Person bist, die gemeinschaftlich wohnen möchte.

We are sub-renting a 10m^2 big room from the 1st of July to the 11th of September. The room is 10m2, has a bunk bed, a big window, parkett floor and it is furnished. The room costs 210 Euro per month (inclusive electricity, gas and internet).

The flat is about 150qm big with a big kitchen and common bathroom and extra toilet. It is close to the U6 metro station "Alser Strasse" as well as tram 43. The Uni Wien and Boku are fast to reach. (but generally doesnt really take you longer than 30 min. to get everywhere in the city)

The appartment is nearby the Gürtel and with the connection to the rest of the city. Directly around the corner, there is a Interspar and Hofer. You have to walk only 3-5 minutes to reach Alser Strasse U-bahn station or the tram 43, which means that we are very well connected. And with a bike, you can get everywhere in max. 30 minutes. Additionally, Yppenplatz and Brunnenmarkt are very close by... and the main univeristy and Boku can also be reached quickly.

We are 5 people in the flat, all students in our mid-20ies, from Germany, Nicaragua, and Austria. Philipp, Sören, Shanine, Anselm and Milena are gonna stay in the flat. We study all kinds of stuff: Biotechnology, Psychology, Architecture and City Planning. Besides that we do stuff like: Climbing, making music, painting, biking etc..We all get along really well and like hanging out in the flat together, cooking, drinking coffee, watching documentaries, making music together... so we would preffer someone who wants to be involved in the flat.
