Hallo liebe Leute :-)
Ich suche fürs nächste Semester, die ich im Ausland verbringen werde, einen Zwischenmieter für mein WG-Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist ungefähr 15qm groß, hat ein fest verbautes Hochbett (top für den Sommer: Deckenventilator!) und ist vollständig möbliert. Die Wohnung ist im typischen Wiener Altbau-Style mit Parkettboden, Doppelfenstern und Flügeltüren. Sie ist sehr geräumig und hat ein großes Wohnzimmer zur gemeinsamen Benutzung, für Filmabende ist auch ein Beamer vorhanden. Auch die Küche ist definitiv groß genug für gemeinsame Kochaktionen und dank Geschirrspüler gibt es beim Abwaschen keinen Stress :-)
Die Lage der Wohnung in Hernals ist wirklich super, innerhalb von 2-5 Gehminuten sind diverse Geschäfte (Billa, Interspar, Hofer, Lidl, dm,...) zu erreichen. Die Straßenbahn fährt direkt vor dem Haus und braucht ca. 2 min zur U-Bahn und ca. 10 min zum Schottentor (Hauptuni etc.).
Meine zwei super herzlichen und gechillten Mitbewohner sind ein kanadisch-österreichisches Paar (in der WG wird also viel Englisch gesprochen), beide Mitte 20 und derzeit berufstätig (Kreativ-Branche); mit uns in der Wohnung wohnt außerdem deren sehr lieber Hund (Border Collie). Die Wohnatmosphäre bei uns ist normalerweise sehr entspannt und es gibt immer eine gute Balance zwischen gemeinsamen Aktivitäten und Privatsphäre.

Since I'll be spending a semester abroad, I'm currently looking for someone to sublet my room during that time. The size of the room is about 15qm and is fully furnished; the whole apartment is in the typical old viennese style (very high ceilings etc.), very spacious, but still cozy, and there's a big living room which is perfect for things like movie-nights (there's also a projector).
The location of the apartment is very good: within 2-5 min. (walking distance) there's plenty of shops (Billa, Interspar, Hofer, Lidl, dm,...) and by tram (stop is right in front of the building) it takes you about 2 min to the next subway stop and about 10 min to Schottentor (main university building etc.).
My roommates are a canadian-austrian couple in their mid-20s and they're both super nice and chill. Their lovely dog (Border Collie) is sharing the flat with us, too, so the place would be perfect for dog lovers :-)
