HI everybody!
I am renting my cozy awesome and full furnitured room next to the U6 station Alserstraße from july onwards.
The room is in a small appartement with kitchen and bathroom, including bathtube, toilet, the kitchen has a microwave, a grill and a hob, a fridge and stuff like plates,...
We also have a washing room with washingmachines, dryers and lot of place for bycicles and also an inner court where you can make BBQ, play football, and even park cars.
its 310€ all inclusive, what is a really nice price for that conditions and location!
Its perfectly located between 17th, 18th, 8th and 9th district, 3 minutes to the Ubahn Alserstraße U6, nightclubs are in walking distance, also the Universität Wien is in walking distance or reachable by tram in 7 minutes drive.
i am happy about messages, prefarable girls - please keep in mind that its limited until maximum end of february, but more likely end of january!

Ich vermiete mein leiwandes, voll möbliertes Zimmer ab Anfang Juli.
Wir haben eine Küche inkl Mikrowelle, Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Grill und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Außerdem haben wir Teller, Geschirr etc.
Es gibt einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner, und einen Fahrradraum.
Wir haben auch einen Innenhof wo man grillen, sporteln, feiern kann und bei Bedarf auch Autos parken können, was sehr praktisch ist im wiener Zentrum :D
Alles inklusive kostet die Miete 310€ pro Monat.
Die Location ist perfekt, zwischen 17 18 8 und 9 Bezirk gelegen, direkt an der U6 Alserstraße, die Stadtbahnbögen sind in Fußgehnähe, außerdem kann man auch zur Uni Wien zu fuß gehen bzw mit der 43er fahren. (1 Minute zur 43er)

Wir verbringen gerne Zeit zusammen, kochen, plaudern, gehen fort, machen Sport, nehmen Couchsurfer auf oder haben Besuch von Freunden aus aller Welt, natürlich respektieren wir aber auch gegenseitig unsere Privatsphäre und sind einfach mal allein :)
