Schweren Herzens trenne ich mich von meiner geliebten WG und suche ab 1. Februar eine/n NachmieterIn für mein schönes, helles Zimmer (22m2) in einen 3er WG im 17. Bezirk.
Die Wohnung ist 73m2 groß mit Bad, Küche, separatem WC, Abstellraum, Schrankraum und 3 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock und wurde vor wenigen Jahren neu renoviert. Sie befindet sich in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße.
Das freie Zimmer mit Blick auf den Diepoldpark ist 22m2 groß, sehr hell und wird teilmöbliert (mit Hochbett) vermietet. Das Hochbett wird momentan nicht als Bett genützt, aber es ist in einem Top-Zustand und kann übernommen werden. Das Ganze kostet 403€ (inkl. Strom, Gas, BK, Internet).

Since I am (sadly) going to leave my beautiful, bright room (22m2) in a shared flat, we are searching for a new flatmate (m/w) starting from 1st of february.
The apartment is located in the 17th district and measures 73m2 with a shared bathroom, toilet, kitchen, a storage room and 3 bedrooms. It is situated on the 2nd floor in a quiet street next to a small park.
The free room is 22m2 big, very bright and faces the park. There is a loft bed in the room (see picture), which is not used right now, but can be used if you want. The room is 403€/month (all incl.).
Die Wohnung liegt im 17. Berzirk, nicht weit von Sternwartepark, Türkenschanzpark und Spazierparadies Wienerwald (Neuwaldegg).
Bim 9, 43 und 42 sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (von da ca. 10min ins Zentrum), somit ist man auch schnell bei der U6.

The flat is located in the 17th district, not far from nice parks (Sternwartepark, Türkenschanzpark) and the forest (Wienerwald, Neuwaldegg).
Tram 9, 43 and 42 are reachable in a few minutes. The city center can be reached within 10min.
Deine zukünftigen Mitbewohner sind Klaus (Biologe, 34) und Georg (Masterstudent in ökologischer Landwirtschaft, 36). Die beiden sind sehr aufgeschlossene, kreative und aktive Menschen, mit denen man immer gemütlich zusammen frühstücken oder Abend essen kann. Wir haben ein sehr freundschaftliches Verhältnis zueinander und der Spaß fehlt nie. Es gibt aber natürlich auch genug Platz fürs Alleine-sein.
Wir sind Mitglieder einer Foodcoop (foodcoops.at), von wo wir den Großteil unserer Lebensmittel gemeinschaftlich beziehen. Da uns eine nachhaltige, biologische und regionale Lebensmittelproduktion sehr wichtig ist, wäre es schön, wenn du unsere Begeisterung dafür teilen würdest.
Vero (Klaus' Freundin) und Vinzenz (sein Sohn, 6 Monate) wohnen eigentlich am Land, aber sind immer wieder zu Besuch bei uns.

Your future flatmates are Klaus (biologist, 34) and Georg (master student in organic agriculture, 36). They are both very open-minded, cheerful, creative and active people. We often have breakfast and dinner togheter, drink tea and wine in the evenings and love to share our newest jokes. But there is still enough space for being alone too. We are members of a Foodcoop (foodcoops.at) and buy our organic food there together. It would be great, if you would share our enthusiasm for well produced, organic, regional products and take part in our foodsharing.
Vero (Klaus' girlfriend) and Vinzenz (his son, 6 months old) are living on the countryside, but are regular visitors.
