Beide Zimmer sind schön hell und haben Parkettboden mit Abendsonne.

The room is from Elodie, she will move out in January so the room will be free at the 01.02.2018. It’s 9,00 qm big and costs 300 Euro. Here also you have to pay for a table and a clothes rail.
Both rooms are lightfull and have a parquett floor and during the evening the sun shines in the rooms.
The rent includes the heating costs and the internet.
super ruhige Gegend, 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur Station Ober St. Veit. In 8 Minuten ist man bei Schönbrunn und zum Karlsplatz braucht man 15 min.

- there is a big living room, a nice kitchen and the bathroom and the toilet are sepereated
- there’s also a washing machine, a dish washer and a bathtub
Wir sind Florin (39) Architekt und Musiker, macht gerne Sport (Snowboarden, Kitesurfing, biking).
Klara (21) Biologie Studentin, immer gut gelaunt, geht gern ins Museum und trinkt gerne Kaffee.
Generell sind wir eine entspannte WG. Meistens treffen wir uns Abends in der Küche wenn wir kochen. Gegen ein gemeinsames Bier oder ein Glas Wein oder auch eine heiße Schokolade, gerade im Winter, ist natürlich nichts einzuwenden. Durch das große Wohnzimmer kann man auch gemütlich beisammen sein. Wenn es sich ergibt, kann man ja auch gern Mal zusammen etwas trinken gehen. Gleichzeitig wird natürlich auch jedem seine Privatsphäre gelassen.
We are Florin (39), architect and musician, likes sportive activities (snowboarding, kitesurfing, biking).
Klara (21) studies Biology, always in a good mood. She likes to visit museums and drink coffee.
In general we are a relaxed sharing flat. Most of the time, we meet in the evening while we are cooking. Everybody enjoys a cold beer, a glass of wine or a hot chocolate during the winter. Because of the big living room it’s nice to sit togheter and have a little chat. In the same time everybody respects the privacy of the anothers.
