aufgrund eines Auslandsaufenthaltes vermiete ich mein Zimmer in einer 3er WG im 8. Bezirk.
Das Zimmer ist Teil einer ca 90m² großen Wohnung im 3. Stock mit Balkon, Bad inkl. Badewanne, getrennte Toilette, Küche.
Die zu vermietenden Zimmer haben insgesamt etwa. 27 m², ist voll möbliert und hell. Es handelt sich um 2 Zimmer die in etwa gleich groß ausfallen (ein Schlafzimmer, ein privates Wohnzimmer; siehe Fotos).
Zu vermieten ist das Gute Ding ab Angang MAI bis Ende NOVEMBER (bei Bedarf gehts mit dem Zeitraum auch etwas flexibel).
Die MitbewohnerInnen sind gemütliche Anfang 30.
Der Preis beträgt für die beiden Zimmer mit ca. 27m² in Summe 400€, das heißt neben der Miete inklusive Betriebskosten, Strom, Gas, Internet und Versicherung (also alles inkl.).
Die Wohnung liegt in der Bennogasse (nähe Cafe Benno), per Straßenbahn (44,43) ist man in 10 Minuten am Schottentor (Hauptuni), die Straßenbahnlinien 5, 2 und 33 sowie die U6 und der Bus 13A sind 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Einkaufmöglichkeiten gibts gleich ums Eck, wie Hofer, Billa, DM, Bäcker, Pizzaria, ....
