Mitbewohnerin für 2er-WG ab 1. Februar (spätestens ab 1. April) gesucht. Nahe dem Tigerpark im 8. Bezirk ist ein Zimmer frei geworden. Über eine Fläche von 20m² erstreckt sich ein Zimmer. Falls die viel Zeug zu verstauen hast, ist das Zimmer perfekt für dich. Es beinhaltet nämlich einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. So kann man sich auf der Wohnfläche ganz aufs Wohnen konzentrieren. Für ausreichend Stauraum ist also gesorgt. Im ersten Halbstock mit Blick in den ruhigen Innenhof kann man sich gut entspannen. Im Sommer bei den nächsten Hundstagen bleibt es angenehm kühl. Im Winter kann man es aber kuschelig warm haben. Ruhig ist es obendrein im gemütlichen Altbaugemäuer. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Öffianbindung, etc befinden sich in Gehreichweite. Die Auswahl ist reichlich. Wir können gerne mal was gemeinsam probieren. Die Miete beträgt lediglich 396€ inkl. Strom, Versicherung, Betriebskosten und Internet. Einmal im Jahr kommt noch die Thermenwartung dazu. Alles Weitere lässt sich am besten persönlich bei einer Besichtigung klären.

Flatmate wanted! Your 20 m² room would be in a 60 m² flat with one other flatmate (me). Right next to the Tigerpark in the 8th district. Small local parks are close, but if you want to go further, you can take the 2, 5, 33, 46, 13A, U6 or U2. It's a quiet room, facing a small courtyard. You'll definitely stay cool in the summer and it's super cosy in the winter. In case you've got a lot of stuff, the room is perfect for you, because 8 m² of the 20 m² are a walk in closet. Your part of the rent would be 396 € which includes pretty much everything aside from the yearly, compulsory boiler service. Anything further might be best to discuss while viewing the flat.
