vermieten kurzfristig WG Zimmer bei uns im 8. Bezirk für den kommenden Jänner. Die 3er-WG befindet sich in zentraler (U6, 13A, 44, 43, 2, 5, 33) und sehr sehr ruhiger Lage in einem Altbau in der Laudongasse im 8. Bezirk. Es ist sporadisch möbliert mit Kasten, Tisch und Matratze (Zwischennutzung wegen Mitbewohner Wechsel), aber in Wohnung befindet sich sonst alles was man zum Leben braucht (auch eine Badewanne). Mein Mitbewohner, Marcus, wohnt im Zimmer nebenan und ich 3 Türen weiter.
In der Küche wird kann man rauchen, im Zimmer nicht.
Schreibt mir einfach ein Mail mit etwaigen Fragen! Ende der Zwischenmiete kann ggf. auch später sein.
We are renting out a room in a shared apartment with two other roommates for January in the 8th district of Vienna. Since our former room mate moved out, the room is free for a month (or longer). The room is sporadically furnished - closet, bed, table. It’s a 85 square meters flat which offers everything you need to live in - even a bathtub. ;) The apartment is located very central, close to the university and with lots of public transport stops around (U6, 13A, 44, 43, 2, 5, 33). Also the flat very quietly situated - sometimes you forget, that you are right in the middle of the city.
