The room's bright & quiet thanks to the new windows.
Furniture includes a comfy new bed + sheets and bedding, a work desk with chair and a huge wardrobe.
The U3 station Kardinal-Nagl Platz is just across the street, with the U3 connecting all other metro lines you'll be able to reach the center and all other important destinations in no time.
Various super markets and international grocery stores are nearby and it's just a 5min walk to the prater, a huge recreational area.
The 3rd district is a diverse and lively neighborhood, I've been living here for more than 10 years and don't want to move anywhere else! :)
We are a couple from Vienna, Anna finished her masters degree at WU and currently works as a HR consultant, I work in media/TV.
We're sharing the apartment with other people from all around the world ever since we moved in together and always had a good time.
There are also 2 cats living in the WG, probably the most cuddly cats you'll ever meet ;)
They have relatively short hair, so you wont find any on your clothes.
Life during the week is more calm since we both work full time, but on free days we like to meet friends, go out, have some good food or a drink or go swimming & generally be outdoors, especially in summer.
We are looking for someone who has some experience living in shared apartments and wants to stay for at least 6 months.
