Die Wohnung ist zentral im dritten Bezirk, in einer ruhigen Nachbarschaft gelegen. Die Krankenanstalt Rudolfstiftung und viele Botschaften befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Die Innenstadt und der Ring sind innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Supermärkte (Billa, Spar, Lidl, DM) befinden sich um die Ecke.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel:
- 71 Tramstation und Nachtbus (2min)
- S-Bahn Station Rennweg (5min) - Der Hauptbahnhof und der Prater Stern sind innerhalb von 5min zu erreichen, Wien Flughafen mit einer driekten Schnellbahn innerhalb von 20min
- U3-Station Rochusmarkt oder Kardinal-Nagl-Platz (10min)

Es fällt mir nicht leicht, diese unglaublich tolle WG mit Ben und Julia zu verlassen, welche nun eine_n Mitbewohner_in suchen (vielleicht ja dich :))
Julia ist 23 Jahre alt, studiert Biologie, macht gerne Sport und ist immer bei einem Glas Wein oder einer Wanderung dabei, wenn es ihr Studium zulässt. Ben ist ebenfalls 23 Jahre alt, studiert KSA (Kultur-und Sozialanthropologie), arbeitet nebenbei als Grafiker, kocht und bäckt sagenhaft gerne und gut!

Julia und Ben unternehmen gerne etwas zusammen, respektieren jedoch beide auch die Privatsphäre der anderen.

Flat/room: Beautifully renovated flat in a typically Viennese "altbau" building. The room is 26 sqm large and includes bright bay windows that look out on a garden area and quiet street. The kitchen is fully equipped. In addition to a bathroom with shower and washing machine there are two seperated toilets. There is a small balcony where you are allowed to smoke.

I will leave some furniture, a Miele washing machine and some kitchen equipement in the flat why there is a "Ablöse" for the following things:

€ 100,- for the bench with mattress and pillows, two bright wooden shelves (the bigger one includes four wooden boxes), a wooden bedside table, coat stand with hangers and linen curtains
€ 80,- for a Miele washing machine and kitchen equipement.

Neighbourhood: The flat is located in the 3rd district close to the Belvedere with its stunning park and palace. It is an easy 10 minute tram ride to the old city and the Vienna Ring with its famous historical buildings. Right around the corner (1 min walk) there are two supermarkets (Billa and Spar). Lidl and DM are only a 5min walk away.

Public transport is very close:
- Right around the corner is a tram stop (71)
- There are several trains that bring you to the central railway station within 5 minutes and the Vienna Airport within 25 minutes
- The subway is a 10 minute walk (U3)
- Late at night, there is a Nightbus stop just around the corner

Social life in the flat:
It's not easy to leave this lovely shared flat with Julia and Ben, who are now looking for a new flatmate (maybe you :)) Julia is 23 years old, is studying biology, is keen on sports, likes to share a glass of wine or goes hiking if her schedules allows her to do so. Ben is also 23 years old, is studying KSA (Kultur-und Sozialanthropologie), is working as a part-time graphic designer, and loves to cook or bake incredibly delicious things!
Julia and Ben like to cook and spend an evening together but also respect each others privacy.
