Unsere liebe Mitbewohnerin Annette verlässt uns leider Anfang März und ihr schönes Zimmer wird frei. Das Zimmer ist wunderbare, altbauhohe 30 m² groß! Es ist getrennt begehbar und sehr ruhig, da beide Fenster in Innenhöfe gehen. Annette würde ihr großes, bequemes Bett inklusive Matratze, einen geräumigen Schrank, ein Expedit-Regal und eine weiße Schlafcouch zur Übernahme bereit stellen.

Our room mate Annette is leaving us in the beginning of March and her nice room will be available.
The room has 30m² - and seems even bigger because of the high rooms of the typical old Viennese buildings. The room is really quite, cause both windows are into inner courtyards. For a transfer fee the room will be furnished with a big, comfy bed, a large wardrobe, a Expedit-bookshelf and a white bed couch.
Perfekte Lage wofür auch immer ;) ...
Umgebung:
Hausbar "Moped" mit Gastgarten, falls man mal nix im Kühlschrank hat.;)
Gleich ums Eck der feine Rochusmarkt mit frischen Gaumenfreuden.
5 Gehminuten zum Donaukanal wo's schon a bissi grüner ist, aber auch nur ein Katzensprung ins Getümmel. ;)
5 Gehminuten zum Prater (einfach übern Donaukanal drüber)
7 Gehminuten zur Landstraße, Stadtpark, Ring...
Merkur, Penny, Denn's, Billa, Hofer, Bipa, Curry me Home, unzählige Restaurants, City Bike Station... alles ums Eck
Die gute Arena mit ihren Konzerten ist auch mehr oder weniger ums Eck. :)

The street is really quiet but at the same time the situation couldn’t be better for whatever you need/like...
Neighborhood
We've got our own little house bar called "Moped" with really nice and fresh snacks. In summer you can have a seat in their nice outdoor "garden". Just around the corner there’s a nice market (“Rochusmarkt”)
5 min. by foot to the “Donaukanal” where there are always a lot of people hanging out in the summer evenings. Prater, cinema, shopping centre and all the supermarkets and stuff is also just around the corner!
Public transport:
1 min. to Rochusgasse U3
6 min. to Wien Mitte with S-Bahn, U4, U3 and "The Mall Shoppingcentre"
Wohnen wirst du mit Charli (27) und Klaus (30). Charli hat letztes Jahr ihren Dipl.-Ing. in Biotechnologie abgeschlossen und macht jetzt ihren PhD an der TU Wien. Klaus arbeitet seit ein paar Monaten als Flugbegleiter und wohnt seit Dezember in der WG. Wir sind beide recht unkompliziert und immer für einen Plausch zu haben, wenn's zeitlich passt wird gemeinsam gegessen, weggegangen, geschwommen, zu Konzerten gegangen,...
Rückzug, Rücksicht, Putzen, ...alles die altbekannte WG-Weise zusammenzuleben! ;)

You gonna live with Charli (27) and Klaus (30). Charli is doing her PhD at the TU Vienna and Klaus is working as flight attendant. We are both uncomplicated people and like to live together. It’s like the normal flat-sharing- kind of living. ;) …talking, cooking, eating, going out, swimming, concerts… having time for yourself, taking care of each other’s needs, cleaning…
Das Zimmer wird ab 1. März frei sein, eventuell ginge es auch, erst gegen Mitte März einzuziehen.
Wir freun uns auf jeden Fall schon von Euch zu hören, lesen, sehen ;)
