Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß und voll möbliert (großes Bett, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch inklusive Schreibtischsessel, Kleiderschrank und Regal). Obwohl das Zimmer nicht sehr groß ist, bietet es genug Stauraum und man fühlt sich hier sehr wohl. Durch ein großes Fenster, das zum Innenhof schaut, kriegt man ausreichend Licht, ohne dass es im Sommer zu heiß wird. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 120 qm groß, verfügt über eine geräumige Küche, zwei große Badezimmer und zwei separate Toiletten. Es sind keine Haustiere erwünscht.

This room has a surface of 12 square meters and it is fully furnished (with a big bed, bedside table, desk, chair, closet and a bookshelf). Although it's not very big, it has enough storage space and one feels very comfortable staying here. One big window overlooks the inner courtyard and provides you with enough sun, without the room getting too hot in summer. The apartment itself covers a surface of 120 square meters, it has a spacious kitchen, 2 big bathrooms and two separate toilets. No pets are allowed.
Die Lage ist top! Die Straßenbahnlinie 71 ist praktisch vor der Tür, den Bahnhof Rennweg erreicht man in etwa sieben Minuten zu Fuß. Von dort kann man mit der S-Bahn eine Station zur Wien Mitte fahren (U-Bahnen U3 und U4) und zwei zum Praterstern (U1 und U2). Der Ring und das Schloss Belvedere sind in der Nähe, die Nachbarschaft selbst ist aber angenehm ruhig.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Billa gleich nebenan, großer Eurospar gegenüber, Lidl am Rennweg, Hofer in der Fasangasse.

The flat's location is great! There's a tram stop almost on your doorstep (tram 71 that takes you along the Ring Road to Schottentor), you can reach the train station Rennweg in 7 minutes on foot and from there Wien Mitte is one station away (where you have metro lines U3 and U4) and Praterstern (where you can take the metro U2 or U1) is two stations away. Vienna Ring Road and the Belvedere castle are nearby, but the neighborhood still has chill vibes.
Shops: Billa right next to our building, big Eurospar across the street, Lidl at the Rennweg train station, Hofer in the Fasangasse.
In der WG wohnen Thomas (24, Medizin), Greta (23, Zahnmedizin) und Monika (23, fertig mit Bachelor-BWL an der WU, arbeitet gerade). Sie sind alle super lieb und unser WG-Leben ist äußerst unkompliziert!

Your flatmates would be: Thomas (24, studies Medicine), Greta (23, Dentistry), Monika (23, done with Bachelor of Economics, currently working). They are all super nice and friendly and our daily life here works great, without any complications.
Zunächst wird das Zimmer von 1. Juni bis 1. Juli vermietet. Im Juni werde ich aber mit Sicherheit wissen, ob ich ein mehrmonatiges Praktikum im Ausland bekommen habe: die Chancen stehen also gut dafür, dass das Zimmer auch für länger übernommen werden kann. In dem Fall beträgt die Kaution 900 Euro und die Ablöse für die Möbel 300 Euro.
Die Besichtigungstermine würden in den ersten zwei Maiwochen stattfinden. Wir freuen uns über deine Email!

At first, we are looking for someone to take over the room in June. However, in June I will know for sure whether I've gotten an internship abroad that would last several months. So, the chances are looking good for you to take over the room for a longer period. In that case, the deposit would be 900 Euro and the one-off payment for furniture 300 Euro.
