Zimmer:

Da ich mit meinem Freund zusammen ziehe, wird in unserer schönen Altbau 4er WG in 1020 ab Januar ein Zimmer frei.
Es hat 15qm und zeigt in einen ruhigen Innenhof, ist also angenehm ruhig, kein Strassenlärm oder sonstiges.
(Küche ist allerdings nebenan, das ein oder andere Geräusch dringt hier natürlich durch, aber bisher hat es immer gut und rücksichtsvoll funktioniert)
Die L- förmige Ausrichtung lässt genug Platz zum gemütlichen Leben und Einrichten.
Das Zimmer mit hübschem Fischgrätholzboden wird unmöbliert vermietet, ein großer Spiegel, der bereits an der Wand montiert ist bleibt im Zimmer und gibt diesem optisch zusätzliche Größe.
In der Wohnung gibt es ein Bad mit Wanne, Internet, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine,
Als kleines Extra noch einen kleinen überdachten Balkon mit gemütlichem Sofa.

Wohnung und Lage:
Die Wohnung hat absolute, wundervolle Top-Lage in Wien, du wohnst direkt zwischen Augarten und Donaukanal, und hast alle Geschäfte, Ausgeh-, Sport- und Freizeitmmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Perfekte Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel: Die Strassenbahnlinie 31 fährt gleich um die Ecke und die Ubahn Station Schottenring (U2/U4) ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.

In der Wohnung ist momentan eher ein ruhiges Klima, aber die gemeinsame gemütliche Wohnküche wird natürlich immer wieder gerne für gemeinsames Beisammensitzten, Kochen, Treffen mit Freunden genutzt.
Alles ganz entspannt und so wie es für alle zusammen am besten passt :)

Wir suchen eine unkompliziert und liebenswerte Person und freuen uns dich bald persönlich kenennzulernen.



Sonstiges:
Das Zimmer ist prinzipiell ab Ende Dezember frei, Besichtigungen sind aber aufgrund der Feiertage und Adventszeit erst ab ca 5.Januar möglich, eventuell geht es sich auch im Dezember noch aus, das müsste man absprechen. Schreib uns einfach ein paar Zeilen und wir können uns einen Kennenlerntermin im alten oder neuen Jahr ausmachen, wie es sich am besten für alle ausgeht:)

Room:

Since i will move togehter with my boyfriend, one room in our lovely 4persons Flat will be available from 1st January onwards.
Its an L-shaped room with enough space for living. incredibly calm for the location, facing a quiet courtyard, you don t hear any noise from outside. (the kitchen is next door, so a little noise is coming through every now and then, but so far it always worked fine).
Theres a beautiful old wooden floor and a big mirror which will stay in the room, giving it extra space.
Apart from that, the room will be unfurnished.
The apartment has all important facilities, such as bathtub, laundry, dishwasher, internet.
Plus a little balcony, with a rooftop to sit outside on a comfy couch.

Apartment and Location:

The Apartment has an absolute premium location in 1020 Vienna, you will live in between Augarten and Danube Canal, all importang shops and opportunities for leisure, sport, and fun are right at your doorstep.
Plus the public transport is excellent, Tram 31 and Subway U4/U2 Schottenring just around the corner.

The current vibe is rather calm, no excessive parties or anything, but everybody is always up for some drinks, cooking, talking and hanging out in the lovely kitchen.

The room is available from end of December onwards. Due to the upcoming christmas holidays, we can meet with you from 05.January onwards. But drop us a message and maybe well figure out an earlier apointment or one in the coming year, whatever will suit us and you best:)
