Vermietet wird eine 13m2 große, helle Zimmer in eine 3er WG, Nähe Praterstern. Das Zimmer befindet sich im 1OG, in eine 90m2 große Studenten Wohnung, und alle Zimmer sind getrennt begehbar. Das Zimmer kann teilweise mobiliert (Kleiderschrank und Ikea Bett 180x200 Konstruktion mit Lattenrost) gegen Ablöse vermietet.
Das Öffentliche Verkehrsnetz ist sehr gut, da die Wohnung nur 3 miuten Fußweg von Praterstern entfernt ist (U1, U2, 5, 0, 5B, 80A, S1, S2, S3, S4, S7 usw,.).
Stephansplatz ist drei U-Bahn (U1) stationen entfernt, und ebenfalls Donau (Donauinsel U1)
In der Nähe, gibt es Billa am Praterstern, die jeden Tag bis 22:00 geöffnet ist (Feiertage auch), und ebenfalls Penny, Hofer, Tabakgeschäft, mehrere leckere Cafes/Bars und 2 City-bike Stationen.
Wir haben auch eine große Küche die komplett ausgestattet ist. Bad und WC sind getrennt.
Gesamtkosten sind 340 pro Monat (inklusiv Internet, Heitzung, Warmwasse und sonstiges).

Eine sehr schöne Park (Augarten) ist 6-8 zu Fuß erreichbar, und ebenfalls Prateralle, wo kann man Rad fahren oder joggen. Donau ist nur 2 U-Bahn stationen entfernt (Donauinsel). Es gibt mehrere leckere Cafes oder Konditoreien in der Nähe, und eine Gym auch 3 minuten entfernt.
Sehr gut für Turisten geeignet!
