Ich bin vom 1. Februar - 21. Februar im Urlaub und vermiete währenddessen mein 24m2 großes Zimmer.
Das Zimmer hat 2 große Fenster, Fischgrätparkett und ist möbliert. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer schönen Altbauwohnung mit 160m2, die in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand ist.
Die Wohnung liegt gleich in der Nähe vom Donaukanal zwischen Schwedenplatz und Nestroyplatz
Daher ist die Verkehrsanbindung echt super (3min zu U1 Nestroyplatz, 5min zu U1/U4 Schwedenplatz)
Neben den U-Bahnen sind mehrere Straßenbahnlinien gleich in der Nähe
Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Spar, Billa, Hofer) maximal 4min zu Fuß entfernt, teilweise sogar gleich ums Eck.
Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe
Wir wohnen zu fünft in unserer WG, wobei einige meiner MitbewohnerInnen selbst nicht da sein werden im Februar. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr harmonisch. Wir studieren größtenteils noch und verbringen gerne, falls es sich ausgeht, Zeit zusammen. Sei es ein Glas Wein am Abend oder einfach nur gemütliches Zusammensitzen in der Küche. Falls jemand mal seine Ruhe haben will, kann man auch jederzeit die Türe schließen und wird nicht gestört.
