Ich vermiete mein kleines aber feines WG-Zimmer mitten in Wien!
In deinem Zimmer darfst du tun und lassen was du willst, das ist deine Sache, Besuch einladen, ein Haustier halten etc. ist auch kein Problem!
Das Zimmer ist sehr ruhig, da es zum Hof zeigt, aber es ist tagsüber trotzdem hell.
Auch wenn mehrere Leute im Wohnzimmer laut Musik hören o.ä. hört man überhauptnichts im Zimmer! :)
Ich werd paar Möbel hier lassen. U.a. Couch, schreibtisch, zwei schränke und ne schreibtischablage, für all das würde ich 200€ nehmen (da ich damals 400€ dafür bezahlt habe)

The room is really quiet and sunny.
I will leave a few things here: couch, desk, two wardrobes and the thing you use to organize your desk (dont even know the german word for ir it) and a few things more, so therefore I want 200 € (because when I moved in I payed 400€ for that)
Die Lage ist unschlagbar! Die Wohnung ist sehr nah an den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und dem Stadtzentrum.
Die U1 Nestroyplatz ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die U2 Taborstraße ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Der Bahnhof Praterstern ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Hofer! Billa und Spar sind gleich um die Ecke.
Die Nachbarschaft hat viele tolle Cafés, Restaurants, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Es gibt auch paar min entfernt ein Fitnessstudio (McFit) für alle, die ihre Mukkis trainieren wollen.

Freundschaft und lieber Umgang miteinander ist uns sehr wichtig! Es gibt keinen Streit; falls mal die Musik leiser gemacht werden sollte oder sauber gemacht werden sollte, wird das alles no stress & ohne Gezicke geklärt !
Jeder hat seinen eigenen Tagesrhythmus, verzieht sich vielleicht auch mal in sein Zimmer, denn Privatsphäre ist uns auch wichtig, doch abends kommen wir gerne im großen Wohnzimmer zusammen und kochen gemeinsam oder quatschen über dies&das und tauschen unseren gossip aus, also komm doch einfach mal bei uns auf einen Sprung vorbei und mach dir selbst ein Bild!
We are all students and like to spend some time together in the big living room or have a chat about this or that and also cook together sometimes.
If there is a problem with noise or something else, just tell, dont keep it for yourself! We want a respect- and peaceful living , where everybody can tell his or her problems without arguing !
