In unserer super netten 3er WG wird ein Zimmer ab Juni frei!

Das Zimmer ist das größte einer 90- Dachgeschosswohnung, inoffiziell können wir sogar am Dach etwas Sonne tanken und auch mal grillen. Die Lage könnte kaum perfekter sein: U2 Taborstrasse für Uni Wien, WU, usw.
U1 Nestroyplatz für Donauinsel, nur eine Station in den ersten Bezirk und die TU ist auch in 5min erreichbar.
Darüber hinaus sind wir komplett verwöhnt mit Grünflächen: Prater und Augarten sind quasi zwei Mal umfallen entfernt.
Im Zimmer ist bereits ein großer Schrank, allenfalls könnte auch ein Bett übernommen werden. Es ist hell und die Aussicht wunderbar, man sieht in einen Park und über die Dächer Wiens.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Sebastian (31, Boku Doktorand) aus Deutschland und Elena (29, Bühnenregisseurin) aus Spanien. Beide super liebe Menschen, offen und tolerant und (fast) immer für einen Plausch, gemeinsames Kochen oder sonstige Aktiviäten motivierbar.
Was super ist an der Wohnung, dass in der Küche genügend Platz für gemeinsames Beisammensitzen ist, was wir auch gerne tun.
Noch zu den Hard facts: 435 all inkl (auch Geschirrspüler 😉); Kaution: 1500 EUR. Einzug ab Juni oder etwas früher möglich 😊
