Es handelt sich dabei um ein schönes Zimmer in einer Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken und Holzparkett und Ausblick in den Hof - es ist also schön ruhig.
Das Zimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer - es besteht aber die Möglichkeit das Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin nebenan dazu zu mieten.
Es ist also auch möglich bzw. wäre es ideal, wenn ihr zu Zweit wärt.
My room will be for rent from 4th of February until 1st of March.
Very good location: 10 minutes by foot to Schwedenplatz, U2 Taborstraße around the corner.
The surroundings are calm but with cute cafes and a lot of supermarkets in walking distance.
Your flatmates will be two students as well as two artists: Marius, Julia, Fabio and Luna. We love art, politics and good food.

Perfekte Lage: Die Wohnung liegt in der Taborstraße, 5 Gehminuten vom Schwedenplatz entfernt. Mit dem Fahrrad oder der Ubahn erreicht man die Innenstadt innerhalb von 10 Minuten.
Hofer, Karmelitermarkt, den besten veganen Dürüm und viele nette Cafes gibts gleich um die Ecke!
Wir sind keine Zweck-WG.
Wir haben eine große und gemütliche Wohnküche in der wir oft und gerne gemeinsam kochen, mal einen Film schauen, zusammensitzen oder Karten spielen - und würden uns natürlich freuen wenn du da irgendwie dazupasst.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Marius, Luna, Fabio und Julia, interessiert an: Politik, Kunst, gutem Essen, Büchern, Gesellschaftskritik, Fotografie.
