In unserer schönen Wohnung im 2 Bezirk werden ab 1.2.2019 zwei Zimmer frei. Die Zimmer werden voll möbliert und zeitlich beschränkt bis Ende Juni vermietet. Sie können gemeinsam oder getrennt vermietet werden, die Miete beträgt jeweils 450€ (inklusive allem).
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern (von denen eben 2 frei werden), Vorraum, Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, separates WC und einer vollausgestatteten Küche mit Geschirrspüler in der auch ausreichend Platz um sich gemütlich zusammenzusetzen, ist.
Das erste Zimmer ist ca 20m2 groß, und mit 140 cm Bett mit Bettladen (idealer Stauraum), Nachtkasterl, Schreibtisch, Anrichte, Kommode, Kleiderstange und Regal voll ausgestattet und wartet auf dich. Die Möbel würden mitvermietet werden, es fällt also keine Ablöse an (falls du sie allerdings ablösen möchtest können wir das auch vereinbaren, für das gesamte Zimmer würde ich 180 € verlangen.)
Auch das zweite Zimmer (ca. 19 qm) wird möbliert vermietet. Es beinhaltet ein Bett mit Matratze, einen Schreibtisch mit Sessel, einen Kleiderschrank, ein Regal und ein Spiegelschränkchen. Das große Fenster zeigt richtung Süden in den grünen Innenhof. Das Zimmer ist deshalb besonders hell und ruhig.
Two rooms will be available in our beautiful apartment in the 2 district from 1.February 2019 until 30. June 2019. They can also be rented separately - the rental fee is the same for both.
The apartment consists of 3 rooms (of which 2 are free), entrance hall, bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and enough space to sit down comfortably.The apartment is very bright, and the infrastructure is awesome.
The first room is about 20m2 large and fully furnished. It consist of a 140 cm bed with bedstead (ideal storage space), bedside table, desk, sideboard, dresser, clothes rail and a shelf and is waiting for you. The furniture would be rented, so there is no transfer (if you want to buy it, we can arrange that too, for the entire room I would charge 180 €.)
The second room (about 19m2) is fully furnished as well. There's a large bed (140cm), a desk + chair, a wardrobe, a large shelf for your books and a mirror cabinet. The window is facing southward towards the green courtyard. Therefore the room is especially bright and quiet.
Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, und die Infrastruktur genial. Die Wohnung liegt in der Karmelitergasse, ca 5 Gehminuten zur U1 Nestroyplatz, 5 Gehminuten zur U2 Tarborstraße sowie 8 Gehminuten zum Schwedenplatz. Es ist also die ideale Lage um die Stadt zu erobern, im Sommer ist man in 15 min (Rad) bei der Donauinsel und der Donaukanal ist ebenfalls nur 8 Gehminuten entfernt. Zur WU und Hauptuni gelangt man öffentlich/mit dem Rad in ca 15 min. Auch der Karmelitermarkt und der Karmeliterplatz mit seinen gemütlichen Lokalen sind ideal zum Brunchen oder für ein Feierabendbier.
The apartment is located in Karmelitergasse, within walking distance (5 minutes) to U1 Nestroyplatz, (5 minutes) to U2 Tarborstraße and (8 minutes) to Schwedenplatz (U1 and U4). Additionally there is a tram 2 stop about 3 min walk away. It is therefore the ideal location to conquer the city, the Danube Island is only 15 min (by bike/public transport) away which is ideal during summer times and also the Danube Canal with its nice Cafes is just a 8 min walk away away. The WU and Hauptuni can be reached within 15 minutes (bike and public transport). The Karmelitermarket and the Karmeliterplatz with its cozy restaurants are also ideal for brunching or a after-work beer.
Euer Mitbewohner Sebbo, ist ein ganz lieber. Als Musiker, Handwerkerkönig und Wien Guide hat er viele Talente und hilft euch auch gern beim Start in Wien. Da im Juli seine Freundin in die Wohnung einzieht sind die Zimmer eben nur befristet verfügbar– diesbezüglich könnt ihr aber direkt mit ihm eventuell auch was Abweichendes vereinbaren. Sebbo ist besonder wichtig, dass es keine Zweck-WG wird. Zwar hat jeder seinen Lebensrhythmus, aber wir sitzen auch immer wieder mal zusammen, spielen, kochen oder plaudern einfach. Du solltest also nett und offen und sozial sein.
Your future roommate Sebbo, is a very nice roomate. As a musician, very gifted craftsman and Vienna Guide, he has many talents and is more than happy to help you with anything you need. Since his girlfriend moves into the apartment in July, the rooms are just temporary – if necessary you could probably arrange something different with him. It is especially important to Sebbo that it will not be a purpose-shared apartment. Although everyone has their own life, but we also try to spend some time togheter, cook, have a bee or just chat. Hence, you should be nice and open and social.
