Hallo du,
Da ich für ein halbes Jahr in Oslo verweilen werde, vermiete ich während dieser zeit mein Zimmer, vielleicht ja an dich :)
Das Zimmer hat 19m², es ist bereits möbliert, dh du musst nur deine Koffer packen und einziehen. Drin steht ein Bett, Kommode, Kleiderschrank, zwei Regale, Schreibtisch , etc. und einen Sessel mit einem Sofa zum entspannen (siehe Bilder). Du hast natürlich auch Platz um das Zimmer zu dekorieren und einzurichten (besonders die Wände, da ich noch nicht lange hier wohne ist hier noch viel Platz zur Gestaltung) :) Das Zimmer bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf den Donaukanal (siehe Bilder).
Die Lage der WG ist wunderbar, gleich vor der Haustür befindet sich der Donaukanal, falls dir der zu hip ist, kannst du dich auch in dem 5-Minuten entfernten Augarten sonnen. Die U-Bahn-Station Schottenring befindet sich 3 Minuten entfernt, die Straßenbahn 31 fährt direkt vor die Haustür. Außerdem ist die Fakultät für WiWi der Hauptuni direkt auf der anderen Seite des Kanals.
Falls das noch nicht genug Info ist: der Karmelitermarkt (mit seinen netten lokalen), zahlreiche Nahversorger und die Pizzeria Riva (falls du sie noch nicht kennst, unbedingt hingehen) befinden sich in Gehdistanz.
In der WG leben derzeit:
- Steffi, inbrunstige Tirolerin (hört man ein wenig (: ), studiert an der WU. Sie hat ein Faible für Blümchen-/Herzchenmusterne Kleidung, besitzt eine grenzenlose Lebensenergie und es macht wirklich Spaß, mit ihr zu wohnen.
- Theresa kommt aus dem Bielefeld (ja, es existiert scheinbar!), wird ein Semester lang ihr Soziologiestudium im schönen Wien machen. Sie wirkt nett, umgänglich und unkompliziert, mehr kann über sie im Moment nicht gesagt werden, also am besten auf Selbtexpedition gehen :)
- Moriz und Stephan sind theoretisch die übrigen Mitbewohner, allerdings sei hier zu erwähnen, dass sie wirklich sehr selten da sind, was den vorteil hat, dass es nie zu Staus für das bad in der früh kommt :) doch wenn sie mal da sind, sind sie ebenfalls umgänglich und für das eine oder andere Gespräch zu haben.
WICHTIG: Es wird eine einmalige Servicegebühr von 102€ fällig, da ich das Zimmer über die Seite Housing Anywhere vermittle. Das Geld geht nicht an mich, sondern an die Seite, damit alles sicher über die Bühne geht. :) Hier ist der Link:

Hey there :)
Since I will spend half a year in Oslo for an erasmus semester, my room in a flatshare is looking for a person to stay.
The size of your future room is 19m², it is already furnished, meaning you just have to pack your bags and move in. It has a bed, commode, wardrobe, two shelves, desk, etc. and an easy chair with a sofa to chill out (see pics). Don't worry, of course there is some room to decorate and personalize it in your way (especially the walls, as I haven't been here for long yet, feel free to decorate them) :) Also, the room is offering awesome view on the Donaukanal, as you can see in the pictures!
The location of the flatshare is really centered in the heart of Vienna. The metro station "Schottenring" is only in a 3-minutes-walking distance, as well as the park "Augarten". If you love hanging out outside among young and hip people, the popular "Donaukanal" is just in front of your door.
You will be sharing the common area of the apartment (and eventually beer, laughs and tears) with the following folks:
- Stephanie, 100% austrian girl, is studying business administration. She cooks adventurous meals, loves flowery/heartpatterned clothes. Because of her infinite energy for life and partying, I sometimes suspect her of being an alien :) She is fun to live with.
- Theresa comes from Bielefeld (Germany) and will spend one semester studying sociology in vienna. She seems nice, sociable and uncomplicated (Unfortunately I can't tell you more, she'll arrive here in a few weeks. She will replace Uyanga, my current flatmate, for one semester :))
- Moriz and Stephan are officially the rest of your flatmates, although they barely spend time here, which means you won't be queueing for the bathroom in the morning :) if they are home, they are nice and easy going, I am sure they have interesting stories to tell, just catch up with them.
IMPORTANT: There is a one-time service fee of € 102, as I am transmitting the room through the servige Housing Anywhere (So that everything is safe). The money does not go to me, but to Housing Anywhere. :) Here is the link to the ad:
