Die Wohnung verfügt über insgesamt 200qm mit fünf getrennt begehbaren Zimmern, einer großen, gut ausgestattenen Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne, getrennter Toilette, großem Vorraum mit Staumöglichkeit und einem extra Wohnzimmer mit Beamer und Bar.
Das Einzugsdatum ist noch nicht fixiert, der 01.10. ist der frühest mögliche Termin.

A 13 sqm room is available for long-term rent in our shared flat in an old building. The high ceiling room has a bunk bed with a hidden storage room below. The large window is facing the inner courtyard, which makes this room the most quiet of the whole flat. The room will be passed on without furniture.
The flat has a total of 200 sqm with five separately accessible rooms, a large, well equipped kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, large anteroom with storage space and an extra living room with beamer and bar.
The move-in date isn't fixed yet, Oct 1st ist the earliest possible date.
