We’re looking for a nice person to join our cool central flatshare next to Naschmarkt starting with November, 15th.
The room is spacious (about 22 m²), light and cozy, it is fully furnished and has the best view over Naschmarkt! The rent is 530 eur/month (everything is included: running costs, electricity, warm water, heating, house insurance, Internet).
The flat consists of a corridor, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower cabin and bathtub, a separate WC, a huge living room with a movie projector and 5 rooms.
The room is fully furnished and the price for all the furniture is 600 eur (a table with two chairs, 2 drawers with a lot of storage space, a wardrobe, a bedside table, a bookshelf, a bedframe, a clothes hanger, and a table lamp). All the furniture is in very good condition.

Unsere geile WG sucht eine/n nette/n MitbewohnerIn für ein schönes Zimmer ab 15. November 2018. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Naschmarkt und ist 2 min von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Kettenbrückengasse entfernt.
Dein Zimmer ist geräumig (ca. 22 m²), hell und gemütlich, voll möbliert, und der Ausblick ist wunderschön! Die Miete beträgt 530 Euro pro Monat (alles inklusive: Betriebskosten, Strom, Warmwasser, Heizung, Haushaltsversicherung, Internet).
Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Vorraum, voll ausgestatteter Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne, separatem WC, einem geräumigen Wohnzimmer/Gemeinschaftsraum und 5 getrennt begehbaren Zimmern.
Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, und Möbel wird gegen Ablöse (600 Euro) übergeben. Die folgenden Gegenstände verbleiben im Zimmer: Schreibtisch mit zwei Sesseln, 2 Kommoden, Kleiderschrank mit Spiegeltür, Ablagetisch, Buchregal, Bettgestell (209 x 168 cm), Garderobenständer und eine Tischlampe. Das ganze Möbel ist in einem sehr guten Zustand.

The location is great: the flat is very central and has very good transport connections. It is situated just next to the U4 Kettenbrückengasse subway station. Its windows overlook Naschmarkt; the city center and the Karlsplatz subway station (U1, U2, U4) are just a 10 minutes walk away. There're many cafes, supermarkets and shops around.
Die Lage ist wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und hat sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sie befindet sich direkt an der U-Bahn Station U4 Kettenbrückengasse. Die Fenster schauen in den Naschmarkt; das Stadtzentrum und die Station Karlsplatz ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt. In der Nähe befinden sich viele Cafes, Supermärkte und Geschäfte.
You’ll be living in a 5-people-flatshare: Barbara (27) works as an event manager, does her Art&Science Master's degree at the University of Applied Arts and likes yoga, Christoph (30) works as a project manager, likes climbing, travels a lot and runs a marathon a year. Darina (23) studies economic informatics at the Uni Wien and also does sports when she has some free time. We’re super excited to welcome two new people in the flatshare!
We're all easy going and looking for someone who knows how to show respect and tolerance in a relatively big flatshare. We all have different daily routines, but we like spending time together: sometimes we cook together, play board games, watch movies or go to parties. The atmosphere in our flatshare is usually cosy and relaxed.
Das ist eine 5er WG: Barbara (27) arbeitet als Event-Managerin, studiert Art&Science an der Angewandten und macht gerne Yoga. Christoph (30) arbeitet als Project Manager, mag Klettern, reist sehr viel und läuft jedes Jahr einen Marathon. Darina (23) studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Uni Wien und macht auch gerne Sport. Wir freuen uns auf die zwei neuen MitbewohnerInnen!
Wir suchen eine Person, die sich in einer relativ großen WG wohl fühlen wird. Wir haben alle unterschiedliche Tagesabläufe, aber wir freuen uns, ab und zu was gemeinsam zu unternehmen: manchmal kochen wir zusammen, Brettspiele spielen, Filme schauen oder Partys machen. Das Zusammenleben hat immer sehr gemütlich und unkompliziert gewesen und wir verstehen uns gut.
