Das Zimmer ist klein aber gut separiert vom Rest der Wohnung. Das Fenster geht raus zum Hinterhof, somit ist es extrem ruhig... dafür leider nicht besonders hell.
Neben dem Zimmer befindet sich die geräumige Küche, der Vorraum der gleichzeitig unseren gemeinsamen Aufenthaltsraum darstellt, und der Zugang zur Toilette und zum Bad.

The room is small but well separated from the rest of the apartment. The window goes out to the backyard, so it is extremely quiet ... but unfortunately not bright.
Next to the room is the spacious kitchen, the anteroom and the access to the toilet and the bathroom.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf Wiedner Hauptstraße, zwischen den Tramstationen Johann-Strauß Gasse und Lorenzgasse gelegen (beide 3 min.entfernt).
Es befinden sich drumherum im Radius von ebenso max 3 min.Hofer, Billa, Spar, DM, Reformhaus, Denns, FitInn, Radatz etc. etc.

The apartment is located on Wiedner Hauptstraße, between the tram stations Johann-Straußgasse and Lorenzgasse (both 3 min.away).
There are also in the area of max 3 min. supermarkets, deli-stores, a fitness studio and many more.
Wir sind eine dreiköpfige junge Familie, mit jungem Hund. Unsere Tochter wird demnächst 3. Wir beide sind 30 und 31.
Unsere Tochter wacht zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr morgens auf, dann ist bei uns in der Wohnung für max 1 Stunde Betrieb, danach geht die Kleine in den Kindergarten und wir unseren Pflichten nach. Bei schlechtem Wetter kehren wir wieder um 16.30 Uhr nach Hause, bei gutem Wetter kommen wir erst später.
Abends kochen wir dann, und sobald die Kleine eingeschlafen ist (ca.21Uhr) verbringen wir die Zeit gerne mit einem Film oder einem Feierabendbier.

We are a young family, with a young dog. Our daughter is 3, we are both 30 and 31.
Our daughter wakes up between 7 and 8 in the morning, and then there is some "action" going on in the apartment. Afterwards the small one goes to kindergarten and we do our duties. In bad weather, we return home at 4.30 pm, in good weather we come later.
In the evening we cook, and as soon as our child has fallen asleep (about 21 clock) we love to spend the time with watching a movie or drinking a beer.
Wir befinden uns gerade am Umziehen in unser Haus am Land, deswegen sind wir oft für mehrere Tage nicht in Wien und die Wohnung befindet sich im Umzugschaos. Wenn du also auf der suche nach makelloser Ordnung und Sauberkeit bist dann raten wir dir hiermit zu einer anderen Unterkunft ;)

We are currently moving to our house on the country, so from time to time we are not in Vienna and the apartment is in a quite moving-chaos. So if you are looking for perfect tidiness then we advise you to search another accommodation, thx ;)
