Beware it is a connecting room, even though we have found awsome solutions for your privacy. Apart from the person behind the room beeing aesomely silent and nice too!
It´s a beautiful room in the most amazing shared flat in whole Margareten. ;)
It has very nice fischgrätenparkett and very high walls, so the standart of living is quite acceptable ;)
For the flat: we have a big kitchen, entrance room and bathroom - everything renovated in the last two years, so its quite nice.
Achtung es ist ein Durchgangszimmer, auch wenn wir großartige Möglichkeiten gefunden haben deine Privatsphäre sicher zu stellen. Zudem ist die Person hinter dem Zimmer sehr ruhig und nett!
Der Raum ist wunderschön und befindet sich in der besten WG im ganzen Margaretenbezirk (unabhängige Prüfer ;) )
Eingerichtet ist er recht schön mit Fischgrätenparkett und hohen Wänden im altwiener Stil, also insgesamt ein guter Standard of living ;)
Die Wohnung allgemein besticht durch sowohl große Küche als auch Bad, sowie Eingangsraum, die alle in den letzten 2 Jahren renoviert wurden.
The location is like 5 min to walk to the city center next to the marvellous Naschmarkt, a oriental marked and the Schloßquadrat, where some of the best restaurants of Vienna are located.
If you want to use the public transport system busses, subway stations (U4) and citytrams are like 1 to 3 walking minutes away.
It is located in the Margaretenstraße. A street full with restaurants, bars, clubs, interesting shopping opportunities and much more.
Die Lage ist kaum 5 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt und gleich neben dem bekannten Naschmarkt, einem orientalischen Markt mit internationalem Ruf, sowie dem Schloßquadrat, in dem die besten Restaurants Wiens zu finden sind.
Die Erreichbarkeit öffentlicher Verkehrsmittel ist mit kaum 3 Minuten Wegzeit zu Bussen, Trams sowie U-bahnen (U4) sehr gut.
Das Appartment befindet sich in der Margaretenstraße, einer inspirierenden Hauptader des 4. und 5. Bezirks, in der von Bars zu Modeshops, über Restaurants und Clubs so ziemlich alles zu finden ist was man sich wünschen kann.
For most of the time my flatemates and me are travelling around in the world you´ll have much time to relax and much space just for you.
Appart form that, they (and me) are very nice and inspiring folks.
Da wir die meiste Zeit nicht da sein werden wirst du viel Raum und Zeit für dich nutzen können ohne gestört zu werden. Ansonsten sind wir alle echt nette, lustige und angenehme Menschen, die gerne Dinge unternehmen und zusammen in der Küche kochen.
