I'm looking for a nice person to take over my 23 sq m room in a 2 people shared flat. The total costs all inclusive in 410 euros (rent, other costs and utilities included)
The flat is around 60 sq m and is in a house in the trendy fifth district in Vienna. It has two separate rooms, a bathroom, and a kitchen. The flat is in very good condition and has wooden floors. The bathroom has a shower, a big mirror and storage space. The kitchen has a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and a lot of storage space.
The room is square and is very spacious. It is available without furniture, except for the very nice and big wardrobe, that I will leave in the room. I am asking for a transfer fee of 250 euros for the wardrobe and all the things that we bought together for the house during the previous year (washing machine, furniture for the common areas) and that will be available for the person coming in.
I am moving in the first week of March, so ideally the new person can move in on those dates too. We can arrange this.

The house has a good connection to public transport. In 3 minutes you have the 14a, 59a, and 12a, and in 7 minutes you will reach the metro station Pilgramgasse.
There are various supermarkets close (Hofer, Spar are the closest) and the trendy 5th district offers a variety of restaurants and shops.
You will live with Anya (28) who works full-time. She is super nice and easy-going, so t is easy to get along with. She speaks German, English and Spanish. We are looking for a nice, easy going person as well. Cleanliness and organization are also important.
