ATTENTION: We rent out this room for short periods only 1-3 months :)
Small 10m2 furnished room available from December 1st (we can negotiate the length of the stay). Currently the room is furnished as seen on the pictures but there is other furniture available in the house in case you would like to change something.
The room is situated towards the courtyard.
The rest of the house is completely furnished: small dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, cutlery and shelves to store food.
The location is very convenient: you are at Karlsplatz within max. 10 min. Hauptbahnhof is 15 min by foot.

Bus: 13A, 12A
Free Parking in front of the house on the weekend and there is a relatively cheap parking house close to the house.
The following shops are available within a short walking distance: Billa, Hofer, Spar, DM and many more.
You will be living with:
Maria is a Polish architect who is currently learning german. She speaks polish and english fluently.
Giulia comes from Belgium and works as a graphic designer. She speaks german, italian, french, english and spanish.
Alen is Slovenian. He speaks slovenian, english and german.
As we are all working we generally have a busy schedule. But we like to joke and we organise some parties or movie nights (with our projector) once in a while.
The rent includes all costs such as: rent, electrictity, heating, water, internet and insurance.
However, shared housing costs such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, salt, pepper etc. are not included in the rent. For this purpose we use the group expenses app called Tricount.
The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor without a lift. There is the possibility to store bikes in the basement.
