das zu vermietende Zimmer ist Teil einer drei-Zimmer-Wohnung im 6. Wiener Gemeindebezirk. Es ist 15m2 groß, möbliert (Bett, Tisch, Stühle, Kommode, Bücherregal, Pflanzen, Nachttisch) und der Blick führt über ein paar Dächer Wiens und in einen begrünten Innenhof - außerdem das ruhigste und abgelegenste Zimmer der Wohnung. Die Wohnung selbst ist 79 m2 groß, im 4. Stock eines Altbaus (leider ohne Lift, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran) und wird zusätzlich von 2 Mädchen bewohnt (Studentinnen - bildende Kunst, Schmuckdesign). Wir pflegen hier ein respektvolles Miteinander, haben einen gemütlichen aber sauberen Lebensstil, kochen gerne und führen ein ruhiges, angenehmes WG Leben. Sonst ist, würde ich mal sagen, alles was man zum leben braucht in der Wohnung vorhanden, wlan natürlich auch.
Zur Lage der Wohnung: Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen, um nicht zu sagen im Herzen Wiens- nahe der Innenstadt, dem Naschmarkt, der Mariahilferstraße dem Museenviertel, und vielen Universitäten. Schloss Schönbrunn ist auch nicht weit. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es viele unterschiedliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, gute Restaurants, Galerien etc. Im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr urbanes, lebendiges und kreatives Wohnviertel Wiens.
Haustiere leben hier keine, falls der Wunsch besteht, eines mitzubringen, lässt sich darüber reden :) Wir sind ein Nichtraucherhaushalt.
wifi, Kochmöglichkeiten, Badezimmer, WC, Waschmaschine, zusätzlicher Stauraum - wenn benötigt (und Platz ist) vorhanden!

We are renting out the 3rd room of our lovely shared flat!
The room is in the rear part of the 79 m2 flat and therefore very quiet. The size is about 15 m2 and you have a single bed, 2 commodes, and a little table (rest is shown on photos) in it. all together its a lovely established room.
The location is, without boasting you, really good! Famous places like "Naschmarkt" and "Mariahilferstrasse" are a few minutes away, the same with tube- and busstation.
Several supermarkets are around the corner.
We are a student shared flat. The People living here are studying fine arts at the "Academy of fine arts" and jewelry design. We moved into the flat about 2 years ago and spent a lot energy and love to make it our home. Also we spend a lot of time together cooking, chatting or drinking coffee…
The flat is fully equipped, you have all you need in the kitchen, except a dishwasher.
