Ich suche nach einer netten Untermieterin für mein Zimmer, das zum ersten Mal untermietet wird. Seit September 2017 hat niemand da gewohnt, da ich das Zimmer für mich haben wollte. Es is jetzt ab 1 März 2019 unbefristet verfügbar, kann aber auch für nur ein paar Monate vermietet werden.
Die Wohnung ist fast nagelneu von IKEA möbeliert und hat drei grosse Schlafzimmer, Bad mit Dusche und Waschmaschine, Küche mit Mikrowelle, Ofen, Kühlschrank und alles nötige. Im Sommer wird nur ein Schlafzimmer von meiner netten Mitbewohnerin besetzt, die zweite Mitbewohnerin kommt extrem selten nach hause. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, 2 km von Innere Stadt entfernt (Ich gehe dorthing lieber zu Fuß der Mariehilferstrasse entlang), und verfügt über eine perfekte Verkehrsabbindung, direkt bei Strassenbahn 58, und 6,18 und U3 und U6 nur sind in nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Am Westbahnhof gibt es sehr viele Geschäfte, die 24 Stunden und auch Sonntags geöffnet sind. Die Miete ist normalerweise 400 euro/Monat, aber in diesem Fall ist es weniger, weil ich ein paar Bücher im Zimmer hinterlasse.
I'm looking for someone to rent my room in March for a couple of months at least. Please note that the room is rented out for the first time and I am the only person who's lived there. The apartment is completely furnished with almost brand new IKEA furniture with a bath, kitchen, oven and everything you need. The only person who is staying in the spacious apartment during Summer is my kind flatmate, but her room is in the other part of the apartment, with no connection to mine, to mine, so practically you have two big rooms of 50m2 for yourself only. My other flatmate is almost never home. The apartment is very well connected on the Mariahilferstrasse, just 2 km away from the city center (I prefer to walk along the Mariahilferstrasse in Summer to get there) and 3 minutes away from U3 and U1 stations. There are many 24/7 shops at the Westbahnhof Mall and most of them are open on Sunday! The reason the price of the rent is not the usual 400 euro is because I'm leaving a couple of notebooks in the room :)

Meine Mitbewohnerin kommt aus Bulgarien, sie ist extrem nett und ruhig und ist ständig im Büro, man sieht sie selten. Hier werden aber nur Leute mit gute Hygiengewohnheiten gesucht!
