Hello everyone,
I'm renting my lovely room for summer (shorter period is possible) because of a job in Finland. The flat is in a beautiful old jugendstil house on the 2nd floor. The room is completely furnished with double bed, couch, table, closet and shelf. The kitchen is well equipped and we also have a common room for dining together. The toilet and bathroom are separated.
The apartment is located close to the city center, in a hip district. The street is very lively with lots of good restaurants and bars close by. Various grocery possibilities are also very near. Every Thursday there is a farmers' market at the end of the street with fresh vegetables and other goods. Also the main shopping street Mariahilferstraße is only 5 minutes away.

You will share the flat with my flatmate Theresa who studies architecture. We also live with two very cute cats Emil and Miho as seen on the photos. The atmosphere in the flat is friendly, we often eat together, go to the movies and do other things.
