Bei uns wird über den Winter (Anfang Dezember bis Ende Februar, mit der Möglichkeit auch etwas länger oder kürzer drinzubleiben) ein großes gemütliches WG- Zimmer frei. Es hat 24m² und ist sehr hell (Oberster
Stock) Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 120m² Altbauwohnung mitten im 6. Bezirk, die wir (Lisa, Paula, Jakob, Freddy und Niko) sehr gerne und unkompliziert teilen und bewohnen. Sie hat ein großes Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wanne, getrennte Toilette, eine Küche mit großem Esstisch, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, WLAN und ein 22m² Wohnzimmer für alle zu bieten.
Freddy und Niko ziehen aus, damit wird das größte Zimmer in der Wohnung frei (es ist groß
genug für zwei und hat ein Hochbett für eine zweite Person). Das Zimmer ist
teilmöbliert (Hochbett, 2 Schreibtische, Regal, Schrank, das Bett vom Foto kommt raus).
Kosten: 390€ /Monat. Hinzu kommen 25€ für ein Ernteanteil bei GeLa Ochsenherz (wöchentliches, frisches Biogemüse), macht 415€/Monat.
Kaution: 600€
Falls ihr zu zweit seid, kostet das Zimmer 255€/Person + jeweils 25€, macht 560€ Gesamtmiete für das Zimmer.

We offer a large but cozy room in our shared appartment over the winter
(December March). It has about 24m² and is very bright (top floor) The room is part ofour 120m² appartment in the 6. district, which we (Lisa, Paula, Jakob) love and share happily and uncomplicated. The flat has a big bathroom with shower and bathtub, separate toilet, kitchen with big diningtable, dishwasher, washing-machine, Wifi and a 22m² living room for everyone. With you we will be 4 people living here, as we are rightnow
The room has a bunk bed, 2 desks, shelves etc...
Apart from the room you have access to a beautifull living room, a
balcony, bathroom, toilet and kitchen.
If you are from or in Vienna, you can come around for a visit and take a
look. Otherwise we would be happy to skype with you as well!
The appartment is located at Esterhazygasse/Gumpendorferstraße and the
Busses 13A, 14A and 57A leave in front of our house. U3 (Zieglergasse)
and U4 (Pilgramgasse) you can reach within less than 5 minutes walking.
Other walking-distances: Mariahilfer Straße: 3 minutes, Naschmarkt: 10
minutes, Museumsquartier: 10 minutes, Westbahnhof: 15 minutes
Rent: 390€ /Monat + 25€ for weekly organic vegetables, total 415€.

Buslinien 13A, 14A und 57A sind direkt vor der Tür. U3 (Zieglergasse)
und U4 (Pilgramgasse) sind jeweils in weniger als 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Das Zimmer befindet sich hinter dem Bad (das Bad ist ein
Durchgangszimmer), das sollte dich aber nicht weiter einschränken, weil
alle daran gewöhnt sind.
Das Zimmer ist durchaus auch für zwei Personen sehr geeignet! Pärchen
oder Freund_innenpaare sind willkommen!
Wenn du schon in Wien wohnst oder mal hier bist, kannst du gerne
