Ich bin für ein Monat unterwegs und möchte meine Zimmer daweil vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist in guter Lage mit Blick ins grüne Schönbrunn und einem wunderschön sanierten Altbau. Es bestünde aus ca. 18,5m² und ist ab Ende Juli bis Mitte September zu vermieten.
Das Zimmer ist voll Mobiliert mit Bett, schreibtisch, Schrank, Kommode..., und mini Jungle der liebe braucht :). Deshalb wäre super wenn Du Pflanzen magst und sie ab un zu befliegen möchtest.
Die Wohnung liegt an viel befahrte, große Straße. Die Wohnung hat 5 separaten Zimmern mit über 3m hohen Wändern, inklusive Wohnzimmer (Vorzimmer), großer Küche, Badezimmern + extra WC ( mit Toilette und Pissoir).
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, inkl. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und einigen Küchengeräten.
Innerhalb 10-13 min ist Bus A10 und U-Bahn Stationen Schönbrunn U4 und Niederhofstraße U6 zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Billa, Spar, Hofer, Interspar und Meidling Market sind innerhalb 8-15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen
Die Miete für das Zimmer beläuft sich auf 410€ inkl. aller Kosten wie Heizung, Strom, Internet, Haushalts-Versicherung.
Zu dem Mietzins kommt eine Kaution in Höhe von 400 Euro.

I am away for a month and would like to rent out my rooms during the time.
The room is in a good location with a green view of Schönbrunn park. It is approx. 18.5m² in a nice renovated old building and can be rented from the end of July to mid-September.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, desk, closet, nightstand..., and a mini jungle that needs love now and then:). So it would be great if you like plants and want to give them some attention from time to time.
The apartment is on a busy, large street. It has 5 separate rooms with walls over 3m high, including a living room (anteroom), large kitchen, bathrooms + extra toilet (with toilet and urinal).
The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine and some kitchen appliances.
Bus A10 and subway stations Schönbrunn U4 and Niederhofstraße U6 can be reached on foot within 10-13 minutes.
Billa, Spar, Hofer, Interspar and Meidling Market can be reached within 8-15 minutes on foot
The rent for the room is €410 including all costs such as heating, electricity, internet and household insurance.
A security deposit of 400 euros will be added to the rent
