Ich suche ab sofort eine nette Mitbewohnerin für eine 2er WG.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20 m2 groß und bis auf dein Bett voll möbliert (ich verlange keine Ablöse für keine Möbel).
In der Wohnung gibt es alles, was man in einer WG braucht (Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine, WC und Badezimmer getrennt begehbar, dazu noch eine Loggia/ein Balkon). Im Haus gibt es eine Garage, in der man einen Parkplatz mieten kann. Sonst gibt es auch viele Parkmöglichkeiten.
Öffis in max 7 Min zu Fuß erreichbar:
- U4, U6 (Längenfeldgasse, Margaretengürtel)
- Tram + Bus: 12A, 59A, 6, 18, 62
Gute Verbindung zum Meidling, Westbahnhof, Stadtzentrum (z.B. 15 Minuten bis zum Karlsplatz)
Einkaufen gehen? Bitteschön! In 30 Sekunden ist eine Bäckerei, in 2 Minuten Billa und in 5 Minuten Hofer zu erreichen. :) In der Nähe gibt es auch Eurospar, Penny, Bipa und DM. :D
Ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin, mit der ich mich vor allem gut verstehen kann und die Katzen mag. :)
Ich würde gerne ab und zu mit dir am Abend oder nach der Arbeit beim Bier/Wein plaudern - natürlich, wenn wir beide darauf Lust hätten. Man braucht doch auch ab und zu sich in sein Zimmer zurückzuziehen.
Kurz über mich:
Ich bin berufstätig, kommunikativ und positiv zum Leben eingestellt. ;) Ich verbringe ziemlich viel Zeit beim Tanzen (ich tanze Lindy Hop). Und ich habe eine liebe und stubenreine Katze.
Im Preis ist alles inkludiert (alle Nebenkosten und Internet). :)

I'm looking for a nice nonsmoking flatmate (female) for a separate room (~ 20 m2).
The room is furnished - you only need to have your own bed. In the flat is fully furnished (washing machine, microwave, dish washer etc.). The bathroom and the toilet are separately. The price includes everything (also Internet with a good speed).
If you have a car, you can rent a place in a garage. However there are a lot of places to park a car outside, at the street. :)
