We are looking for a third “partner in crime” for our trio-community between July and October 2018. We offer a single, fully-appointed room with an amazing view. Bed, night-table, desk, chair and a bookcase are already there, well arranged, waiting for the new inhabitant. There is a separate hanging closet for us to keep the clothes safe. The apartment itself is located on a top spot, 4 min away from one of Vienna’s most symbolic places – Schönbrunn palace, and literally 1 min walking distance away from 2 different metro stations (U4 – Meidling Hauptstraße and U6 – Niederhofstraße ). Just around the corner you can find Billa, INTER SPAR, Lidl and also many other smaller shops and bakeries. The shopping street Meidlinger Hauptstraße and a swimming pool (Theresienbad) are right under our noses. The monthly rent is 370 EUR (including costs) + around 15EUR for the internet.
Me and the other roommate are both students, 24 years of age. We are both active, loving sport and movement, interested in science, art and…maintaining a good vibe around us : )

1 minute to both U4 Station Meidling Hauptstraße and U6 NIederhofstraße, Billa supermarket is next door and Hofer, Spar and Lidl al within 5 Minutes range. The nice west view from the 14th floor offers a great opportunity to enjoy the sunset over the vast mountain area around Vienna.
