Da ab Februar ein Zimmer in unserer 4er WG im 12. Bezirk frei wird suchen wir ein/e Mitbewohner/in.
Das Zimmer ist 21m² groß, sehr hell und voll möbliert. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock und hat insgesamt etwa 96m². Es gibt 4 Zimmer, Küche, Bad, separates WC und einen Balkon. Das Zimmer hat Zugang zum Balkon durch eine große Glastür. Es ist sehr ruhig hier, Autos sind kaum zu hören.
Die Wohnung liegt ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt von der U6-Station Bahnhof Meidling, die Buslinien 8A und 63A (zur U4-Station Meidling Hauptstraße) halten direkt vor der Wohnung. Der Spar ist eine Minute entfernt. Der Schönbrunner Schlosspark ist sehr nahe, zur Gloriette sind es weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
Es wohnen zwei Mädchen und ein Junge (alle 21-22 Jahre) dort. Patricia studiert Politikwissenschaft, Yasmine Technische Informatik und Niko Informatik. Die WG ist nicht nur zweckmäßig, wir schauen beispielsweise gerne Filme zusammen oder unternehmen etwas - es gibt aber auch genügend Privatsphäre.
Die Miete ist 380€. Pro Person kommen 4 Mal pro Jahr 50€ Strom hinzu, daher die Nebenkosten von etwa 16€/Monat.
