Hallo liebe WG-Suchenden,
wir suchen in unserer netten 3er WG ab sofort einen neuen Mitbewohner/eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Das Zimmer ist nur für Zwischenmiete geeignet (Januar und Februar 2024). Hier mal die Key Facts: super nette internationale Studenten, kleiner Balkon, Neubau, ziemlich günstig, sehr gute Öffi Anbindung.
Das Zimmer ist 30 m^2 groß, südseitig: hell (1 großes Fenster), mit Parkettböden und ist in sehr gutem Zustand. Es ist getrennt begehbar (kein Durchgangszimmer). Nach Vereinbarung können Möbel gegen einen Aufpreis behalten werden.
Unsere WG hat 3 seperate (Wohn)Zimmer,
Bad (mit Badewanne) & WC sind getrennt begehbar, an der Küche (Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Gasherd m. Ofen) befindet sich außerdem ein kleiner Balkon. Mit dabei ist auch noch ein kleiner Abstellraum. Im Keller kann man sein Fahrrad abstellen, Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Trockner ist auch vorhanden.
Miete inkl. Strom, Wasser, Gas, Highspeed Breitband Internet sind 454€.

The room is 30 m^2, bright (1 large window), with wood flooring and is in very good condition. It is separately accessible from the hallway. The room could only be rented for a short period of time (January, February 2024). Furniture could be purchased in exchange with a small fee.
Our shared flat has 3 (living) rooms, bathroom (with bath) and WC are separately walk-in, kitchen (fridge with freezer, gas cooker with oven) and also a balcony. Also included is a small storage room. In the basement you can park your bike, laundry room with washer and dryer is also available.
Rent incl. electricity, water, gas, highspeed broadband internet are 454€.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt bei der U-Bahn Station U4/U6 Längenfeldgasse (ca. 1 Minute von Wohnungstür bis U-Bahn) und ist in einfacher Gehdistanz zu Hofer, Billa, BIPA, dm, Penny, Noodle King und viel mehr! Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock, es gibt aber einen Lift. Die Nachbarn sind recht unterschiedlich. Wir haben jüngere Studierende, aber auch einige ältere berufstätige Personen und Familien. Es gab noch nie wirkliche Probleme, es gelangen nur wenige Geräusche durch die Wände.

The apartment is located directly at the station U4 / U6 Längenfeldgasse (about 1 minute from the apartment door to subway) and is within easy walking distance to Hofer, Billa, BIPA, dm, Penny, Noodle King and much more! The apartment is on the 3rd floor, but there is an elevator. We have different kinds of neighbours. There are younger students, but also some older working people and families. There have never been any real problems, not many noises make it through the walls.
Stefanos (21) kommt aus Griechenland, ist in den USA geboren und spricht englisch, griechisch, deutsch und ein bisschen spanisch. Er studiert Soziologie an der Uni Wien, arbeitet bei Starbucks und wenn er Zeit hat spielt er gerne Basketball bzw. trifft er sich mit seinen Freunden.
Niko (22) kommt auch aus Griechenland und ist in München aufgewachsen. Er spricht englisch, griechisch und italienisch und studiert Publizistik an der Uni Wien. In seiner Freizeit besucht er gerne cafes, liest Bücher und geht er mit Freunden etwas trinken.
Wir zwei sind sehr unkompliziert und offen. Persönliche Privatsphäre wird zwar hochgehalten, wir wollen aber definitiv mehr als nur in einer gemeinsamen Wohnung zu wohnen. Eine angenehme Atmosphäre ist uns sehr wichtig. Das betrifft einerseits die Wohnung als sauberen Ort, an dem man sich wohlfühlt, andererseits ein angenehmes, lockeres Miteinander.

Steve (21) comes from Greece, speaks English, German, Greek and Spanish, studies sociology at the University of Vienna and works at Starbucks. In his free time he plays basketball and meets up with his friends.
Niko (22) also comes from Greece and grew up in Munich. He speaks English, Greek and Italian and studies journalism at the University of Vienna. In his free time, he likes to visit cafes, read books and go for a drink with friends.
We are very straightforward and open. Although personal privacy is upheld, we definitely want to do more than just live in the same apartment. A pleasant atmosphere is very important to us all. This concerns the apartment as a clean and welcoming place where you feel comfortable with also a pleasant, relaxed togetherness.
