The small room is japanese-themed, having a sliding paper and a walk-in wardrobe. Moreover, the room is situated towards the court, hence it's quiet and bright during the day. Not furnished, but a a bed and couch can be arranged. The rent covers everything, such as gas, electricity, and internet.
The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything needed, fridge, oven and so on. The bathroom is tiny and has a shower, but it is sufficient for up to 4 people. There is storage room left in the kitchen and enough space in the hallway for your stuff. Repairs and single payments, such as boiler service, are shared among us three.
Closest public transportations (max 5 mins away) are: U6, 46, 5, 48A. The 7th district habours a wide variety of shops and restaurants. Additionally, a park with exercise devices, a mall with cinema, the exotic foods supermarket Prosi and the Brunnen market for fresh veggies, as well as open book shelfs are in proximity.
Spencer and I are both working, thus we like to keep it quiet during the night. Nevertheless, we are two easy-going, international people who like to chat in the kitchen together. Respect towards each other is important for us and issues are openly discussed. Smoking in the bedrooms is allowed. We both love food and we are members of a community-supported agriculture, in consequence we receive regional vegetables each week. So far, no cleaning plan was needed, since we are all adults and know when the flat needs to be cleaned. If it does not work out, we will install a plan.
We try to chose more eco-friendly alternatives and we would be happy, if the new person would take part in our efforts, but it is not an obligation. Our energy costs for example are pretty low thx to economical usage!
The room is available from June or July on.
