I'm looking for someone who wants to rent my room in the 7. district from 01.03.-31.05.
17m2 room in a shared flat (2 rooms), total 74m2 in the 7th district (Neubau). The flat has a spacious kitchen and hallway. The bathroom has a bathtub and the toilet is separated. The flat is located on the 4th floor (with elevator), completely facing the silent backyard.
The room can be partly furnished (double bed, wardrobe, chair, table) or empty. The rest of the flat is well equipped, but there is still enough space. There is a common laundry room in the basement.

Ich suche einen Zwischenmieter für mein Zimmer.
Das Zimmer ist 17m2 groß Zimmer und Teil einer 74m2 großen 2-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat eine Wohnküche und einen großzügigen Vorraum. Bad mit Badewanne, WC getrennt. Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock (mit Lift) und ist komplett zum sehr ruhigen Hinterhof ausgerichtet.
Bei Bedarf können wir über die Benutzung von Möbeln reden, das Zimmer kann aber auch unmöbliert sein. Es ist in den restlichen Zimmern alles vorhanden, was nötig ist. Das Haus hat eine Waschküche im Keller.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig zum zweiten Hinterhof und ist nordseitig ausgerichtet, jedoch hell. Das Haus ist in der Nähe der Neubaugasse und Zieglergasse. Bus 48A Richtung Baumgartner Höhe fährt in einer Minute Entfernung. Die U6 (Thaliastraße) und die U2 (Volkstheater) sind zu Fuß beide etwa 7 Minuten entfernt. In der direkten Umgebung findet man beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viele Bars, Restaurants, Beisln...
Your flatmate is working full time. He likes to have guests from time to time, but it is otherwise quiet in the flat.
