Liebenswerte Studenten-WG in schöner, großen und modernen Altbau Wohnung inmitten des 7. Bezirks in Wien.
Ich vermieten ein 25 qm Zimmer von Ende Jänner bis Ende Februar 19, da ich heim Fahre. Das Einzugs-/Auszugsdatum sind verhandelbar da ich sehr flexibel bin.
Es ist ausgestattet mit einem super bequemen Boxspring Bett, einen Schreibtisch inkl. Stuhl, einer kleinen Sitzecke (inkl. couch ), einem offenen Kleiderschrank und eine große Kommode und natürlich einem großen Spiegel - alles was man halt so braucht. Das Zimmer ist so gelegen, dass am Nachmittag die Sonne genießen kann.
Zum Glück haben wir auch einen Aufzug also brauchst du dir da keine Sorgen machen um deine Sachen in den 2. Stock hochzutragen.

Chilled 4-headed Student flat situated right in the centre of Vienna. The apartment itself is in an antique building, spacious, modern, with the location giving you nothing but the best of Viennas scene.
I am renting out a 25 sqm room with a super comfortable Bed, a desk incl. chair, a couch area, an open wardrobe, a dresser and a huge mirror - everything you need. the room is sittuated so you can enjoy the sun during the afternoon.
In our building we also have an elevator, so you don't have to worry about getting your stuff to the 2. floor.
Unsere Wohnung ist super gelegen. In unmittelbarer Laufnähe befinden sich drei U-Bahnlinien (7 min. zur U2, U3 | 15 min. zurU6 ) sowie verschiedene Bus (13A/48A) und Tramlinien (49, 46). Auch Nachtlinien halten direkt vor der Tür.
Fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Wiens sind ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nachtbarschaft findest du viele kleine Shops, süße Cafes und Sehenswürdigkeiten.
Ohne jegliche Probleme kommt man hier von A nach B

It's a really hip and young area to live in with lots of cool bars and cafes to visit. There are also some cute little shops around where you can find everything and even more. Personally I love this area and I would never leave.
Here in the 7th district of Vienna is everything super close. You can visit the Museumsquartier and the longest shopping street "Mariahilferstraße". Right under our apartment there is a cute little cafe where they make really good and strong coffee - so your coffee intake is secured.
There're 3 tube station in walking distance (7 mins. to U3, U2 | 15 mins to U6) and also Busstations (13A, 48A) and Trams (49, 46).
In my opinion you can get everywhere without walking/waiting to long form this Apartment.
Du kannst als vollständiger Mitbewohner jeden Bereich der Wohnung mitbenutzen. Dazu gehören, zwei Bäder mit Fußbodenheizung, ein zusätzliches separates WC, eine Küche, das Wohn- und Esszimmer und ein sehr sehr ruhig gelegener Balkon (lasst euch überraschen :D).
Bei deinem Aufenthalt in Wien stehen dir meine Mitbewohner dir gerne bei allen Belangen zur Seite. (Da ich mein Zimmer nur vermiete wenn ich gerade zuhause bin.)
Ob Geheimtipps oder gemeinsame Unternehmungen sie freuen sich dir ein authentisches Wien zu zeigen.

You can use every part of the apartment as if you were one of us. This means you have access to two bathrooms with underfloor heating, an extra toilet, the kitchen, living and dining room as well as a really really secluded balcony.
As I'm just renting out my room when I am currently not there, my flatmates will help you with everything they possibly can.
If that means insider knowledge or going out together, whatever you want to get out of this, they will do their best to show you the best side of Vienna
Ich möchte dass du dich so wohl wie möglich bei uns fühlst deshalb gibt es eigentlich keine Regeln. Meine Erwartung ist nur, dass du mein Zimmer mit Respekt behandelst und ich bitte dich nicht in meinem Zimmer zu rauchen (überall anders ist es erlaubt), nur ich als Nichtraucher würde es sehr schätzten wenn du das respektierst.
