Die Wohnung hat 3 Geschosse.
Sie ist übrigens wunderbar helle und ruhig!
Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert.
Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Herd, Wasserkocher, Staubsauger, alles da.
- EG: befindet sich dein möbliertes Zimmer mit direktem Zugang zu Bad 1 mit WC und Dusche oder Bad 2 mit WC und Badewanne :-) !!
- 2. Stock: Hier befinden sich das Zimmer von mir, Ines, 33 Schauspielerin, und noch ein Zimmer von Alina, 27, auch Schauspielerin, unser Wohnzimmer, und die Küche. Das Wohnzimmer würden wir gerne für uns haben, da wir hier auch oft unsere Texte lernen. Du kannst aber jederzeit über die Treppen in den 3. Stock, zum Wintergarten oder auf die Terasse.
- 3. Stock: das absolute Highlight dieser Wohnung ist der Wintergarten mit Himmelblick und Zugang zu einer Terrasse, wo gegrillt, geraucht oder einfach gechillt werden kann.

Our flat is located in the middle of the 7th district in a beautiful, quiet, green courtyard.
The apartment has 3 floors. :-)
By the way, it is wonderfully bright and very calm!
The apartment is fully furnished!
Washing machine, dishwasher, stove, kettle, vacuum cleaner, everything what you need.
- Ground floor: is your furnished room with direct access to bathroom 1: with toilet and shower or bathroom 2: with toilet and bathtub :-) !!
- 2nd floor: Here's my room, 33 actress, and another room of Alina, 27, also actress, our living room, and the kitchen. The living room we would like to have for us, because we often learn our texts here. But you can of course anytime get to the sunroom or the terrace in the 3rd floor.
- 3rd floor: the absolute highlight of this apartment is the little sunroom with a view to the sky and access to a terrace where you can grill, smoke or just chill out.

650, - (rent + BK + electricity + gas)
650, - (deposit) of course you get back when moving out!
60, - (you pay this only once, when you move in for the use of furniture, and all electrical equipment etc.)
