I am renting two 10 square meter rooms over the summer, as I am doing a summer university abroad. Time and Dates can be flexible. My bedroom is super cozy and has a single bed. It has a view in the beautiful courtyard that is quite and nice, so that you do not even realize you are in the city center of Vienna! The second room is just next door and is perfectly equipped for studying, also having a Nespresso machine ;)
You would live with my two super nice and friendly roommates who are extremely discrete and working during the day, so that you would have the apartment for you during the day. We have a sunny living room. The bathroom and toilets are only going to be shared by you and another roommate, as the third one has its own entrance and bathroom/toilets. You will be able to use whatever you find in the apartment. I would also provide bedsheets and towels if needed ;)
The area is literally the best you can find in Vienna: The apartment is in a 17th century old building in Spittelberg (7th district) now for its small and cozy houses. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and super trendy shops. You are 1 min by feet away from the Museumsquartier, from the next Metro and Tram station. The biggest shopping street of Vienna is not even 5 minutes away by feet. The first district is max. 10 minutes walk.
My roommates are super nice and friendly, both working during the day and they are in generally super discrete. We use to go sometimes to the restaurants in the surroundings.
